I buy all my phones here. You may have to wait. Sometimes there's a lineup.

First time there and was very impressed with the service the store Manager Megan gave me. Very friendly and professional and took the time needed to answer all my questions and help me decide on the best phone for me. Will definitely continue to use this shop for any of my mobile phone needs.

HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE.WAS TOLD BY JAMES WHAT THE COST FOR MY NEW CELL PLAN WOULD BE BUT WHEN I GOT MY BILL THERE WAS ACHARGE FOR THE CELL PHONE.I WENT BACK AND TALKED TO JAMES AND HE SAID HE TOLD ME ABOUT THE PHONE BUT HE DID NOT. NOW STUCK WITH THIS FOR 2 YEARS. NOT HAPPY.

Been there twice to upgrade phones with fido. Great experience each time.

Excellent service they truly care, in and out in 10 minutes

The Mobile shop is good. Service is good, however, once you are with a service provider, the service is gone. If you choose Virgin Mobile, your phone service is extremely poor in the Essex County Area. When you call Virgin, they tell you that it is the area and they have no idea when it might be fixed. They confirm it is definitely not your phone. They understand that you are paying for service that you are not receiving, however, if you return your phone (that you just bought) they will let you out of your contract without returning any of the money for your phone. This means you are out of the cost of your phone and without a phone. So, you stay and wait out your contract and find a better service provider when your contract is over. Will never use Virgin again. I will, howeer, use The Mobile shop.

I recently stopped in here to assist my mother with a phone / plan upgrade. We were assisted by Erica, she was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole process, which can be tedious, quite pleasurable! Thanks Erica!
