I had an incredible experience at Forerunners North Shore - the only place I will buy activewear shoes from now on! The staff are super knowledgeable and patient. They go through a process of comparing shoes until you find the one that fits you and your needs perfectly. Their selection is great as well. Finally, the staff is very friendly and kind! They were really busy when I was there, but the staff took the time to make sure we were all heard and looked after. Couldn't recommend them more!

Never had a good experience. Seems racist. Despite telling the lady to find out my shoe width and length, she was ignorant and making excuses that all shoes are different. I know all shoes are different, but feel length and width are measured with equal standard.To reply the ignorant owner, I came to make a purchase but they did not have size 14. There was no intention of buying online. And this is not the first time I have entered this store. Anyway, your reply tells me how defensive you are and what mindset you carry to tackle issues. Don't worry. There are a lot of better places to spend my money on. Nobody is giving you a penny.

Really bad service in the store.First they didn’t want agree the flaw in Brooks shoes.Second she want overcharge me $40.She didn’t respect customer.

Jerry’s customer service is outstanding! He spent nearly an hour with me making sure I found exactly the right fitting shoe.He’s very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient and I highly recommend him!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I stand on my feet all day and had to get a specific pair for work. I bought the shoes and wore them for a bit and realized I needed 1/2 a size up. They exchanged them no problem.

Very knowledgeable staff and great selection of shoes. The lady (sorry didn’t get your name) was very patient with me and gave me great advice on the best shoes for my back problems. I’m very happy with my ASICS Gel-Nimbus 25s.

My experience at Forerunners: I have bad issues with my feet, so I needed to try on several pairs of shoes. Unfortunately, the female worker at the store became noticeably more and more impatient and less friendly while I was trying to figure out the best shoes for me (spending several hundred dollars on shoes is a big deal for most folks). Notably, there were almost no other customers at the store.Since they do have a great selection of shoes, I was eventually able to find well-fitting pair on sale.Nonetheless, for my next purchase of shoes I will be heading to a different store as I believe a patient customer service to be key - this was lacking at the North Vancouver Forerunners.

I ended up at Forerunners after discovering the Running Room was closed. What a lucky turn of events! Jerry - immediately made me feel I was in great hands. (He also helped my mom find new running shoes.) He restored my hope in a pain free running experience and helped me understand what might be going on with my feet. Jerry's expertise was incredibly helpful and made him very insightful. He gave just the right amount of information to empower me as a runner. Jerry - Thank you for your help today finding the right insert for my shoes! On top of that, the store had some great products for runners that I simply cannot find in Squamish. I am now a loyal customer.

I went in to try on a pair of trail shoes and came out with a much better sense of how to find shoes that fit my feet. Jerry took the time to make sure I was leaving with products that would work for me. Very much appreciated! Will gladly support the store again.
