I believe that it is the best construction co. In Ottawa.Their positive point compare with the others is 7 years of Tarion warranty on the buildingsAlso all of their buildings have big size windows which enables the building to use lots of sun light in cold weather for heating inside. It help us to save energy in wintersThey also use a lot of intelligent systems in their building

The contractors they employ have no respect for the residential neighbours they work beside. Tons of loud swearing and yelling all day. Radio blasting all day. Had to call bylaw as they were working past 8pm for a while. Reached out to company via website, no response.
