PLUNGE IT

We called Tony and he is the only one that has a Jetting Machine. He knows exactly what he is doing. He came out and unclogged our sewer when no one else could. I'm sitting here now on my front porch watching my neighbors house looks like they have problems. Some other company is working on her sewer problem for the last 3 hours. Tony would have had it fixed in 30 minutes or less. Much longer I'm gonna go walk across the street and give her Tony's Business card. He is the best highly recommended.Gary Gosnell

Our wastewater drain service to the city got backed up and our basement flooded. Called Tony around midnight and he got back to me almost immediately. Was upfront about afterhour services, and provided guidance that helped get us through the night to not make the problem worse. He got here early in the morning, resolved the issue, and even cleaned the room up! I will be calling him for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!!!! Called Tony from Plunge It for a simple jet job on my house. He came out…..late, and ended up getting his hose stuck in our drain pipes!!!! He couldnt figure out how to get it out so he left it, for 4 days!!!!! With raw sewage spilling out in my backyard. We couldnt wait anymore so we called “a real plumber” they came out ASAP and got it out within the hour, at a price I paid. Called Tony to inform him we got his hose out and asked when he comes picks up his hose if we could cover the cost. Tony ended up CALLING THE COPS saying we stole his hose and wont give it back!!!! Like really? Wouldn’t recommend PLUNGE IT to my worst enemy!!Good luck Tony….
