My experience during and after buying my 2022 Toyota highlander has been possible best anyone could get out there. At Toyota on the park, you make me feel like king as a customer courtesy Parker. You are simply the best. Highly commendable. I'll recommend you over and over! Kudos!

I recently bought a used 2018 Nissan Rogue from Toyota on the Park. Luckily, I was assisted by Chloe Clarin, who made the car-buying experience a seamless one. She was very helpful in many ways and we agreed to a deal that made sense for both parties. Happy customer here! When my loan is done, I’ll probably get a new Toyota Rav4 from this dealership. Because there is a man named Mehdi Dezfuli who is really doing the right thing. And he guides with all his heart and takes time for customers with kindness. I recently helped my friend purchase a car at Toyota on the park. Peter made the whole process as easy and straight forward as possible and was always available to answer questions. He was knowledgeable and helpful, I would highly recommend reaching out to him if you’re in the market for a new car.However, I did not have a good experience with one of the receptionists. I needed help with getting information and the paperwork but she would not help and said only Peter could help but he was off. Instead of directing me to another salesperson she kept saying to contact Peter. She was very unprofessional.

We were in urgent need of a vehicle & approached Chitra Selvanathan. She is the best! She managed to find the desired vehicle for us (2022 RAV4 hybrid) within a shorter timeline than expected. She is very kind, thorough, responsive, friendly and great communicator with outstanding customer service skills. I would highly recommend Citra and Toyota On the Park.

Would not recommend. Fine for basic service. But they have twice tried to tell me I needed big repairs when they weren't needed at all.Once they said my brake pads were worn down and needed to be replaced. They told me that they had warned me on a previous visit they needed doing. They didn't. Took them to another mechanic, they were fine.Once they tried to tell an older family member that a bushing was cracked and needed to be replaced - for $2,000. Again, took it to another mechanic. They put it up on the hoist and showed me the bushings were fine.If you need to get an oil change or basic service done, or have warranty work and don't mind supporting this business, go for it - they're a big dealership and will do a good job of whatever service they do.But just know if they recommend anything additional to what you came in for - better to get a second opinion from a mechanic you trust.For the business: It was because of these experiences with your service department that when it was time for me to buy a new vehicle I went to another dealership.
