The store manager Kiannah is one of the least professional managers I have ever come across. I purchased a pair of shoes at a different location and went into this location for assistance, she was unwilling to help or offer any advice and referred me back to the other location. When I asked to speak to a manager for further clarification she giggled and said “you mean you want to talk to me?” She was snark and did not offer any advice or apologies for being little help.

The young sales staff at the South Surrey location were great . They may not have known how to do some of my requests but they were pleasant and accommodating . Helpful and kind.They were helpful when I wanted to pay with gift cards . I had 5 they didn’t know how to process that . That’s a company issue . Great shoes and experience . Very happy .

We went sat july 16th around noon.. three young ladies “working “. They did not greet us or offer any assistance. They stayed behind the counter, laughing, talking to each other and sharing items on their phone. There were other customers in the store that experience the same non-customer service. Very disappointing and won’t be returning.

Very unfortunately poor way of treating customers. One employee did not show any willingness to work. When asked for the different size of shoes as the length" was different on two same-size-marked shoes

Kind staffs! I felt so comfortable to look and try some shoes. Very helpful to find right one.Btw i was surprised this store has so many bad reviews.. there were great! Or they hired new staffs?

I was hesitant to come into this location based off the reviews but I was surprised with how well I was treated inside by the associates. Even when they are short staffed they greet you with a smile, and never rush you. I came in on a Wednesday evening close to closing and the store manager Kiana was patient and kind and while juggling other customers who were visibly impatient she did the best she could while being by herself! This girl deserves to be recognized, and to those who leave such negative reviews I want you to try working in a busy retail location by yourself while attending to multiple customers and tell me if you can handle it. Definitely coming back! Thank you Grandview staff, and thank YOU Kiana

I had very good service when I was shopping for boots.I got a good deal on clearance summer sandals too!!!! Saved $80Good selection of all footwear, men's women's and kids. Nice moccasins too.
