Mr. Sid is very satisfied, great customer communication services.I had a very difficult time to process since CAS sales rep put wrong model code and got delivered. when I reach out Mr. Sid @ after sales dept, is very calm and tried his best care. very appreciated !!!

This company seems like they are against women, as my wife was home when they came to deliver the dryer I purchased with installation. I even disconnected the old dryer and brought it in the garage so the delivery people would just have to bring in the new appliance. But to no avail, I had to install the dryer myself. Not recommending anyone buys from this store. I do have to say that Devon is a great salesperson.

Sid from customer care was very helpful and great with our return/exchange request and quickly esponded to our needs and very kind. Although our experience with CAS was awful due to the fact we had to wait 6.5 months for our product to be in stock, no communication or updates were provided making it very frustrating.

Went in to look for a top load washing machine and had a wonderful sales rep help us. Devon DeSalliers helped us find exactly what we wanted for the absolute best price and delivered 4 days later. Everything went smoothly and communication was excellent from beginning of purchase right to delivery. Would definitely buy from Devon at CAS again.

Sid was terrific on an exchange of one fridge for another, with the added complication of a canceled microwave. Lots of moving parts but done simply and accurately. Great job. Thank you Sid and thank you Lovepreet for all your help. Wayne was very quick to respond too. Great team. Great retailer.

Very satisfied with the service provided by every person we talked to on the sales team at the Windsor Ontario store. On our first visit Adam answered all of our questions and went over all the features of each type of appliance we were researching, he was very informative but not forceful in his approach. When we went back to place the order, Adam was tied up with another customer, we were offered coffee etc and eventually the Sales Manager overseeing the team from another branch took over until Adam was available. Adam was very diligent by researching all available discounts etc. so that we were confident we were well served.

in desperation of needing a wash machine, and having a bad experience previously with another box store.... reluctantly went to Canadian Appliance Source a last resort for me. With much surprise, my guarded desire to purchase was met with a very pleasant patient well informed knowledgeable sales representative; Devon(later finding out he was management). None the less I presented many questions, compared 3 washers, and I got nothing but the best responses and all of my concerns were met with Devon being upfront, and informative. He went over all aspects not once, but a few times with me. It came down to the bottom line being delivery, as with many other stores"

Our washer suddenly died and was beyond repair. Called up the store after reading great reviews, talked to Devon, got some advice and ended up ordering a new pair right over the phone. Excellent price. Service from sales to a speedy delivery was outstanding. This will be my new go to for any new appliance.
