I have been using Felix and House Masters as a home inspector for the past few years. Felix provides a professional approach, does a detailed inspection of the home and has a full grasp of how a home works, built and how to maintain your home. Felix is fully equipment with all the equipment and certifications required to fully inspect a home. I really like the thermal imaging camera.I referred Felix of House Masters again July 23, 2019. Felix was on time, very polite and did a very thorough inspection. After Felix took the time to sit down and go over the report and answer all questions to the potential buyer. Then while sitting there he emailed the professional report for our records and to allow us to spend more time reviewing it. Felix also has great knowledge and all equipment required to complete the inspection. I personally like the thermal imaging camera. *****

Felix was friendly, thorough and most importantly very knowledgeable about the reqirements of building codes as they related to my property purchase. He made recommendations based on his findings and explained each part of the inspection in detail and answered all questions in terms I understood.
