Went in early 2021, as engine was misfiring. Brought it in late one evening, and the staff said they'd look at it ASAP. Had no problems here.Over the next few days, they got around to my vehicle (2012 hatchback), did an oil change, did some diagnostic troubleshooting, and replaced a coil pack and spark plug.$800, cash only. Fine, I understand it was an emergency for me, and there was a lot of time spent figuring out the issue. I can appreciate that. Maybe it wasn't the cheapest, but I should pay for labour and time spent. Understandable.No itemized invoice. It's cash only so of course, off the record. I got my old coil pack back, but my old spark plug was kept from me because...they were going to return it?? They showed me the plug but said they were keeping it...Next I realize my mirror is immobilized with electrical tape and some sealant. Apparently, story goes that as they were troubleshooting the car on the road, they suddenly realized that the driver side mirror was wobbling all over the place...? And they repaired" it for me

A few weeks back, one of the front bearings failed on our motor home while driving on Cannon. It happened on the street and my RV couldn't be driven. These guys came across the street to fix the issue and replace the bearing in the parking lot. They went out of their way to call numerous suppliers across the city to get all of the required parts there in a couple hours and stayed after close in order to finish the repair and allow us to drive away the same day. The mechanic was very knowledgeable about our old and very specific vehicle, with experience on the same truck suspensions and new all the suppliers to call to get the parts quick. They really hustled to get us out of a tight spot and offered a very fair price for the work. I would definitely recommend them based on this experience.

Ken auto was very great and helpful Mr.Kujtim and Mr.jetmir were absolutely great ! Fixed my issue with my wrangler in no time ! Told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a very reasonable price . Will definitely come back here… highly recommend this shop for any mechanical or body work !

Bought used car here, they did safetyAnd did not provide it slso did not provide full vehicle history. Took it to my mechanic. Hefound 6-7parts that would not pass safety. This garage said they'd fix it and over a week of time they said all Is done and nothing got fixed. Will be going to mto
