Je suis venu , j'ai vu , et je n'y retournerai plus ....Les aquariums sont mal entretenus , les coraux sont très cher et pas beaux on a même de la difficulté a les voir tant les vitres son sales avec un prix de départ de 50$ pour un petit corail mou ...J'ai vu un employé gratter le bout de la queue d'un petit gubie pour tenter le sortir de sa cachette , bref ils ne m'aurons pas comme client

Coming from someone who used to work in the pet industry... this store is unbeatable. Stemming away from the conventions of Hagen, a lot is accomplished by getting straight to the point without the wasted ink on the fancy labels. All of my special orders come from here, because anything you want; they get. From live-caught fish to exotic and rare plants, this is the place to go. Simply fantastic.

The tanks are not as nice as you might find at Nature or other big box stores but they are clean and the staff have always been very helpful and friendly. I find many pet store" employees have little knowledge about fish/aquariums and just tell you what you want to hear in order to sell more products. On a couple of occasions

Ok, hands down best selection for fish supplies in Quebec, you can find stuff here that you can't find anywhere else, (like the chain stores who are owned by hagen...) also for pricing, unbeatable. Staff? Amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, polite. And best part of this store is they all speak perfect ENGLISH! I'm so sick of going into stores or calling stores and speaking to french people, with their horrible grasp on the English language which is universal in canada. So all in all. 5 stars.

a big collection of fishes, but plants are not well maintained, most are in poor conditions. And the staff were really not helping, I asked for a staff twice, either my voice was too small, or he pretended not to hear me. I know it was almost 5pm to get off work on a Sunday afternoon, but I was trying to give your business. Finally my first visit I didn't find the plant that I wanted, and I didn't buy anything else, and I will not return to this store unless I can't find elsewhere first!
