I took my f350 to these guys for a vibration issue in my driveline. The work was completed same day. They actually left the truck up on their hoist for me to be shown a rear transfer seal leak. I asked them to please check in with their sister company the gear centre and get me a price for the work to be done and have never heard from them again which is to bad.The mechanics and service dept are very knowledgeable. Time frame for the work to be done was bang on as well.

I phoned the friendly people at Pat‘s driveline last week to get a rough idea what it would cost to straighten my daughters 2005 Ford Ranger driveshaft. I had a chance to take it in today and as luck would have it they were extremely busy but they still managed to get it done by 3 PM ! Awesome work- new universal joints- no vibration in the truck I would recommend them to anyone true professionals. Super reasonable labor and parts as well.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !Dropped off a drive line to be shortened and the guy at the front counter estimated the service to be around 300 plus parts and about a week to completed. After 2 1/2 weeks I had to call them to see if it was done as no one called when completed. When I went in to pick it up I was shocked the bill was just over $650. I reconfirmed the shop rate of just under $120 per hour and questioned why the labour was just over 440 when the work order logged 1 hr and 20 mins to complete the job. When I asked the manager at the desk, his response was we have over $250

I have a 4x4 1 ton truck and had my driveline repaired by this shop and want to say that they are a very professional shop who pay attention to detail. The guy on the phone seemed a bit short with me, but at the end of the day, he found me the part I needed. I've searched everywhere on planet earth and these guys are the only people that were able to track down the right drive shaft for me. Shipping was quick. The part seems very well built. Overall very happy
