Happy to give this 5 star review for Kinnear. Was helped out by John, a very pleasant, helpful and consummate professional. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and even took care of another issue that I hadn't mentioned before. Was a little wary due to past experience my wife had with another company, but overall very pleased with my encounter today.
