Earlier, Homedepot was our first choice to buy all the large and medium appliances, but now a days problem is, you are charging the same price like Costco, but not able to beat them for, all-inclusive price of, haul away, 2 year warranty, 3 months of very very easy returns, delivery and installation. hence stop buying any major appliances from you guys. hope you will improve in coming days.

I went to Homedepot to buy doors for my basement , and the manager of the area Abdul won't match the price for the exact same bifold door being sold at Lowes . Homedepot price was 124.99 and Lowes selling for 89, which was verified by him by going on Lowes website as a result I ended up buying the 5 sets of doors I needed from Lowes and ended up saving about 200. Including the 5% pro discount . I am very disappointed in how Homedepot management handled the situation.

I despise walking into a Home Depot. I was looking for packing tape and superglue. Somewhere in their 60 aisles is what I want. Gird your loins and begin the search. Of course you could ask someone but I always feel like I should know that superglue is next to their key cutting machine. Just a guy thing.

If I could rate this home depot at beacon hill with a negative I would. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. We received our washer and dryer Feb 14, and March 31 they were finally completely installed, the parts for the pedestals did not come with the appliances, and we had to fight to get them. I have never had such unfriendly, unhelpful people in my life. Right from the start we were told as the customer that getting the parts were our responsibility. Everyone from management to supervisor to employees were useless. Call after call after call untill we finally got one set of parts. This has been frustrating to say the least. We will NEVER buy from here again

Parked by garden centre, got two trays of flowers walked back to pay, door was closing in front of me. Girl at the cash register says they are closing few minutes earlier, it was 8:50, so I should pay and exit through the store… $50 worth flowers never left the store. So Home Depot doesn’t care for every $50 or every cashier decides what’s companies profit should be… I worked in retail long time ago, I work in sales now, I do not get this attitude of employees and employers as well. Too bad.

The Home Depot is the hub for all building materials, that's just it. They have a very wide range/ variety of materials- basic, medium and super high quality. The prices are reasonable and affordable and they have different payment plan for those who are interested in financing. This store is huge and there customer service is exceptional. I would recommend this store any day. Lots of parking spaces, for general buyers, contractors and everyone.Their washroom and the store is neat and well organized with signs to indicate different products.

Recently bought a Kitchen Aid dishwasher and was helped by Ayodele! Very nice guy and then another one of his coworker helped us with the installation date and all the extra info. This location has very friendly and helpful staff and it’s the reason I will shop for appliances and materials at this particular Home Depot exclusively. I find that other locations you can never find ppl to help or they aren’t very helpful. I can’t stress how important a smile, kindness is. Keep up the good work!

Worst customer service, bought coupe of blinds wanted to adjusted the size waiting over an hour. No help few people calling around nothing. Unacceptable. There is a lot of people there should be trained on this not depend on one person . Went to two other stores no one is available. Please hire more staff for a multimillion sore this is petty

We went there to buy an electrical part for the car, found that they only have home items, replacements and others for home only. We liked the store, everything very organized and easy to find, employees very helpful and willing to help. Enough parking spaces and very well located.
