I was there to videotape my friends band for B.A. Machine's open house. I didn't go in any stores.

I cannot say enough good things about his shop. I brought my bike in for some fairly minor work and I was shocked when they called me back the same day to say it was done and the bill was a hundred bucks! I am new to riding but I have worked in a dealership for years. I was totally expecting to have to look over my service invoice and double check everything. Not with these guys. All these 5 star reviews are spot on! Thanks to every one at BA Machine. I will see you guys again!

First time having my bike serviced here and very satisfied. Great customer service they kept me up to date on what was happening and offered advice on items that could wait for repair. Very helpfull, pleasant and knowledgable. A+ will be back for sure.

After a 5000 km, trip out from the West coast, my bike needed a safety inspection and a tune-up. I wanted to find a shop that could do the job and was familiar with older and custom bikes. Based on the 5 star reviews, I took it to BA Machine and I'm certainly glad I did. They are incredibly friendly to deal with, very familiar with older Harleys and custom builds and got her through the safety inspection (along with the tune up and a few extras I asked for) quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back for any work in the future.

I am really impressed with their customer service level. I showed up at last minutes today with a sprocket issue and they looked at it and found the problem. They were booked tight but they squeeze me in the afternoon and they fix it properly and corrected few minor issues. Wow this team deserve 5 starts rating. Great place, great service and fantastic people.

So I have been looking for an a place to go to do some performance upgrades to my bike , but a little scared to just let any shop do it for the past 2 seasons . earlier this season I was told to go to BA Machine but still was on the fence so 2 weeks ago I said to myself I need to try this company and in short it turned out to be the best thing I have done for my bike ... right from the front to the back this was a very good experience I got new headers and my bike tuned and dyno I just want to say thanks to everyone at BA Machine and I look forward to coming back to do more upgrades Tim you rock bro thanks for making my bike fun again Perry thanks for all your help and Lenard thanks for recommending BA Machine to me I would never go anywhere else now

If you want it fixed right the first time this is the place. BA has worked on my HD for a number of years and they just know what they are doing. I had my new SGS shipped direct to them and told them to fix it lol. Tim worked his magic and the bike runs very strong, custom tune and some parts = 98hp. I drive the 90 minutes for a reason.
