Budget Car Rental

I have been renting from them over the past year. It has always been the ultimate experience that I am so grateful for! The last time I rented I tried to go for a deal through Hertz. Hertz made an error and couldn't rent me the car there upon my arrival. it was so stressful and I was very sad as I was in desperate need to visit my father in New Brunswick. I called budget/avis and they were able to find me a car last minute, and for near the same price!! Not any car either, I rode in style with a fancy teal Jeep Wrangler!! It really made my day, I was so excited by the whole experience. I know this is a personal experience, but they were so amazing, I just want to say thank you and tell everybody how amazing they are!!! Do rent from them!

We were very impressed with the service we received at Budget Car Rentals. We had been confirmed with another rental agency with a reservation that did not get honoured. We ended up having to scramble to find another rental. Budget was sure to secure us a rental and was very friendly and accommodating. We were very impressed with their speed and organization. My next visit to Dartmouth I know I will be renting from them again!Also easy Airport drop off makes life so much easier! :)

Excellent service! We took our car in for repairs and booked a replacement vehicle with Budget at 16 Garland Street, Dartmouth, N.S. When we arrived our newly washed upgraded rental car was waiting for us. When my husband returned the car they kind enough to drive him to the VW dealership to pick up our car.

This rental location is the best! Glen and his team are amazing to deal with. I have been using them for over two years and could not be happier with the service we receive!

Don't rent from this location! Consider this a warning!!!! They will pad the bill with fake fuel charges. I returned the car FULL knowing what the ridiculous charges are for them to refill at $3.25 per Litre. When i got my Credit card statement there was a fuel charge added. When i requested a copy of the invoice the fuel return box on the receipt was blank, not common practice i've worked at a rental agency before. But the kilometres were there and only driving 200km to and from a funeral. Total of 400km. I know the tank was full because the pump didn't stop once, or twice but three times! Don't rent here!

I received the best customer service while Hurricane Dorian was hitting the area. An employee of the car rental agency waited for me to drop off my vehicle and called me a cab while the winds and rain started to increase. I am extremely grateful to Kelly for her assistance and the company and operator of this location for her assistance in my moment of stress. I was humbled and will always remember her act of kindness. Wishing her all the best.

It was a tough day for almost all activities due to the wildfires in Tantallon. But the staff at budget still treated me quickly and efficiently, as a long term customer, which I am. Great job. Thanks

I usually deal with Enterprise. They are so customer centric. And the experience with budget I have is quite opposite. My dad was moving so he was using his Credit card to pay for the rental and for me to be able to drive I had to pay $10. The whole deal was dad pays for it but I will be the only driver. They couldn't make an exception. Where as Enterprise always make an exception. I will choose budget if I don't have another option.
