This review is long overdue, but I had such a wonderful experience at Pollie's flowers! I don't know anything about plants, but the sweet lady who helped me explained everything I needed to do to care for my Pothos plant, and she even potted it for me. It is thriving and I will absolutely be back to purchase my next plant! Cutest store - most lovely staff!

We had an issue with delivery and with the quality of bouquet that arrived for my mom for her birthday, but the company was very quick to rectify the situation. They called me the next morning, put together a beautiful bouquet and delivered it promptly to the recipient. I was really happy with how well our issue was handled and how apologetic the company was. Thank you for making this right for us!
