The UPS Store

I tried to drop a UPS package off here that was sent to our address incorrectly and the person working at the desk called the package “garbage” and threw it at the door. I’m glad it wasn’t mine. 0 stars.

I would recommend this UPS store. I had some things I had to ship to myself as I was cleaning up an estate and it was a stressful situation. The man at the store who helped me was incredibly kind and helpful in getting everything packed safely and securely. He helped me choose appropriate boxes and fill out the appropriate forms. Thank you!

Nice older gentleman who’s professional and keeps things moving quickly. He’s got rules to follow which can seem tedious but there’s reasons behind it

Worst UPS store, labeled as a UPS store not an access point attached to a store and refused to take my shipment because I had too many boxes. What is the purpose of a UPS store if you can’t take my shipments that already pre labeled??

I could not have been happier with the service I received at the UPS store on Commercial. Manpal, and the rest of the staff were so helpful, kind, and excellent at what they do. Highly recommend

Very rude old guy Indian manager with a turban. I came to drop a package to be returned to Amazon. I asked if he can give me a receipt, proof that I dropped it there. He said to track by the tracking that I placed on the box. I asked for his name instead but he said it is not his responsibility so why give his name and if I don't trust then get my package back. I called another UPSoffice and they said they don't practice what this guy just said as they give out receipts so I took my box back after my phone call with another UPS office nearby. I sarcastically told him he is very kind and thanked him for showing the kind of customer service that he just did. I will never use this UPS store as there are other ones nearby that are more respectful, reliable and kind. I don't feel safe leaving any package here. If you lose your package it is hard to prove when they don't give you anything to prove that you indeed drop it there at 2055 Commercial drive UPS Store. Better safe than sorry. I will never go to this place anymore. I think he is an expert in driving customers away.

If I could, I would have rated 0 stars, this UPS store doesn't even deserve 1 star. Refused my drop off on Saturday saying my package was business and I should drop off on Monday and told me the store was not a storage facility. He told me that any large packages should be picked up by a UPS driver instead of dropping it at the store. The guy who didn't know how to communicate to clients should get fired, he's an Indian wearing a turban.

Hey Everyone, If you are considering to get anything done here, then this is not the place for you. The guy here doesn’t not know how to behave with customers. I don’t even understand why UPS has authorized these people to work with them.

A bit worried about the service I would receive after reading such mixed reviews, but I had more than a pleasant experience at this location. I was greeted immediately by the owner after I stepped in the store. He was friendly, efficient, and helpful with my return. Absolutely satisfied with the services here. Highly recommended.

I’ve picked up numerous packages at this UPS store on Commercial Drive. It’s always a pleasant experience thanks to the kind manager. A great hub for the neighbourhood with the postal boxes, printing services, and office supplies. BONUS POINTS for letting my dog come to pick up the mail!
