Highly recommend this dealership over the bigger ones. They made the whole experience of buying a truck painless. They made us feel safe and confident in our purchase, they were extremely transparent and answered all questions in ways we could understand. I’ve had terrible experiences with other dealers and these guys turned my opinion around. Bert went above and beyond to give me information and send personalized videos before I was able to go see the vehicle in person, and he even picked us up from our hotel! Jason in finance was extremely helpful and did not try to hide any fees or push me into any more expenses. On top of all that, everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant to be around!

A deal at another dealership fell through due to bad communication on their part, then I saw an awesome truck on the Elite Auto Centre website. I checked they're ratings out on google and noticed that everyone loves to deal with them. So I asked a bunch of questions about the Ram 3500 Diesel that I was interested in and they had all the answers, from work that was done on it, work that will need to get done on it in the foreseeable future, the kinds of warranty they provide. I told them that I live up north and would be flying down to buy the truck and they were there at the airport to pick me up, how cool is that? They had everyone all ready for me because I was time constrained, I was also buying a trailer in another city 2 hours away. All in all it was a pleasure to do business with them, they were fast, courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant, understanding, and the list goes on. Jayson Little, what is there to say? This guy is awesome. He chatted with me over email and text quite a bit as I’m from out of town. He offered to hold a vehicle with a small refundable deposit. Made me a great video showing me the details and features of the jeep. When we could finally make it to elite auto centre he came in on his day off to take care of us. Offered to watch our 2 year old so we could go for a test drive. This was the best and easiest vehicle transaction I have ever had. This guy is a good honest family man and I would highly recommend going in and seeing him for your next vehicle.
