My absolute go-to place! Even with my busy schedule traveling to and from London Ontario I find the time to see Sofia once a week for treatment because it makes all the difference. I have always had bad back pain and have slight scoliosis and have tried many other places until now! Sofia has helped strengthen my back and ensure I am all allgined! I have never felt better! She is kind, knowledgeable and answers ALL of my questions - it is a pleasure to visit! Highly recommended!

I've been going for monthly prenatal massages at the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton downtown. However, it's a bit of a drive for me and getting pretty expensive especially since I don't use the amenities. so I was looking for an alternative closer to home for a good massage and found Mamma to Mommy on google. It's not a spa but I've honestly been getting better massages with Roxanne than when I was going downtown and she's way more affordable! I always feel amazing afterwards and can't wait for my next one. I'm currently on a weekly schedule of 90 minutes with her and am in my 36th week of pregnancy. I would highly recommend!!

Roxanne is amazing! My first experience here receiving a prenatal massage and I amBeyond happy. I left feeling relaxed, and at peace. So happy to have found this gem, and so close to home!

Have seen Sofia for Osteo treatments both before and during my pregnancy. She is knowledgable, patient, caring - you can definitely tell she cares about getting you results! I have also been receiving pre natal massage from Roxanne and not only does she have magic hands, she has been very supportive throughout my last trimester. I am sending my husband for pre natal massage as well :)

I have been a server for the past 5 years, and have suffered from constant shoulder and neck pain.I came to Mamma Care, and had the pleasure to have been treated by Sophia. I was told and educated about areas of my body that I did not know were even connected to my pain. I have been a client of hers for almost a year now, and cannot imagine not having my regular check up treatments from her. My body has tremendously improved in terms of aches, and sharp pains. Anytime I need an emergency treatment, Sophia and Momma Care are more than flexible in fitting me in their busy agenda.Clinic is beautiful, clean, and very warming.
