Jeff and the staff at Mister Transmission were very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to have my car problems diagnosed right away and exceeded my expectations overall. They worked around my schedule and gave me plenty of time to think about my options. I’m really happy I chose to bring my car to you and would definitely recommend!

My van was having issues with shifting. Took it there and spoke with the owner. Checked the van and came back 15 minutes later to tell me I needed a whole bunch of work done to my transmission and would cost well over $3000.When i said I needed to consult with my wife he laughed and said “you need your wife’s permission”!Not only that but after I left I purchased a diagnostic tool for $100 from Canadian Tire. Plugged it in and it said I needed a $400 part.This place takes advantage of people.Rip offGet a second opinion always

I'm a single mom. My transmission blew before Christmas. The staff were empathetic. They understood how much stress this caused me. Customer service was outstanding. They were honest and extremely helpful. Payment plans were an option that helped a great deal. They called me with updates and were honest with their work and their pricing!!! No surprises.
