Good customer service. The fixed the front glass at parking lot. Customer Support is really helpful. there was a system error and i didnt receive the bill, but customer support helped me get bill by sms.

I had a big crack in the windshield and I called Axis to inquire. They promptly set me up for an appoint day of and took care of all of the insurance info for me. The techs came and were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

My windshield had a crack running right down the middle from top to bottom. I booked an appointment with Axis on Saturday afternoon and they said they could come the next day at 3PM and replace it right at my house. None of the other windshield places were even open on Saturday and yet Axis was not only open but came around on a Sunday!They called at 2PM and said they were running early. Showed up at 2:30 (30 minutes early!) and were done in less than an hour.Professional, punctual, and considerably less expensive than the other two quotes I received.No shady insurance shenanigans (my deductible is high enough that it didn't make sense to go through insurance). Quoted me a reasonable price and did an excellent job.Would not hesitate to use again.

My driver window shattered. Dave the receptionist was very patient and kind to explain the entire process to me. I am not very car savvy, but the entire repair process took around an hour. They drive to your location and do everything for you. Amazing service, thank you to Dave and the tech!

responded quickly, but quoted $250 to repair a small stone chip and urged to replace entire windscreen in order to claim insurance. beware money grab.

This company was great! They booked me in within 24 hours, did the job in my driveway and all for a very reasonable price. The installer was on time, in fact 5 min early! Reviewed the process with me and within 1 hour the job was done. Will definitely use again and would recommend with 5 stars.

I had a friend recommend me to this company because their services were apparently excellent. I went ahead and booked an appointment to get my windshield replaced a couple days in advance. Omar was a pleasure to talk to and his skill doesn't go unnoticed. He was able to finish everything in less than 30 minutes and gave me some good tips on maintenance of the windshield.
