Consulate Limousine

I used Consulate Limousine for my bachelorette weekend and the quality and service was impeccable. Paul, our driver was helpful, courteous, and a great communicator. When our itinerary changed, he was quick to meet us earlier or later at any given time. He was also super accommodating with the Bluetooth option in the limousine. He pulled over and helped us figure it out! The girls also raved about the limousine (great lights, champagne on ice, etc.), so now I've gone ahead and booked Consulate Limousine for our wedding in November. Quality service on the back-end too. Quick to communicate and very helpful :)

Used Consulate a lot this past weekend for staff events. Multiple pick ups and drop offs. Not only were they on time but they patiently waited when some of the staff were late. I will recommend their service to all of my colleagues and customers in the future.Reasonable, competitive prices and hospitality at its peak.We had 2 drivers and both were fantastic.

Extremely happy with Consulate Limousine ! Booking was easy. The woman I spoke with was friendly, honest and patient with me. I've never booked a service like this before and they went above and beyond to make it a great experience. The car was beautiful and as expected and discribed. Our driver was incredibly knowledgable of the area and professional. Definitely feel like I got my moneys worth PLUS.

Consulate Limousine took us from Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls and then back again a few days later. They were very punctual both ways. And they sent me text messages to let me know that they were there and waiting for me. The driver was very courteous. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience with Consulate Limousine. I received professional and quick response to my questions. They even followed-up with me when I had to reschedule due to weather. Our tavels took us to Niagara on the Lake from Toronto. Our driver, Paul, drove really well and navigated safely through all the traffic. We felt safe and comfortable in the Lincoln Town Car. Just got back from the airport, so much better then the bus or navigating the nightmare of Toronto Airport driving myself.I have used Consulate faithfully over the last 2 years and have been nothing but totally satisfied.-always on time- fair prices, totally inline (or better) then their competition-very nice, respectful driversI have even referred my employer to use them. He has on many occasions and been nothing but happy.Personable, friendly service.

My wife and I used them for the first time and we had no problem what so ever, going to the airport the driver was punctual , safe on the roads, professional. He was able to get my scooter in with little trouble, one piece had to go up front. I like that they only speak when spoken to, and it may sound arrogant on my part, but it's the main reason I won't take a cab, as far the the airport pickup, I'm still astounded, I've never seen Pearson airport having so much problem with equipment, we didn't think we'd ever get out,.........the driver was waiting patiently, was pleasant and asked how our trip went and got us home in no time at all, I only wish I could have tipped him more but I didn't have any more.

Paul , the driver, was great! On time, in fact 10 minutes early, willing to wait due to train delays, very professional, called in advance to coordinate exact pick up spot, managed to get 10 pieces of luggage like tetris in the back, and got all 7 of us from Union to Niagara Falls safe and sound and comfortably. The car was also very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.
