Banana Lab. - Mid Century Modern Danish Furniture/Teak/Vintage Home Decor Movie Props & Rental

We live in Ontario and we were interested in a vintage MCM file cabinet that Banana Lab had on their website. Jin, was extremely helpful answering all our questions and going above and beyond by even sending us a video. Banana Lab packed the file cabinet expertly to ensure it would arrive safely. The end to end experience was 5 stars. We would highly recommend Banana Lab.

Absolutely wonderful service. I purchased a credenza that I was picking up a couple of days later. To my surprise, they wrapped it for me and helped me with it to my truck. They have a great selection of mid century modern pieces in excellent condition combined with amazing service. I am thrilled with the credenza!

The owners of this place are so kind. I bought a desk here years ago and one of the owners had made me a Korean Citroën tea while I shopped and when I left with my purchase, she sent me home with an entire jar of tea because I loved it so much.Great selection of mcm furniture and amazing restoration work. Fabulous place, and wonderful people! They have a great website, and presence on social media. We had fallen in love with a pair of bedside tables online; when they went on sale, they were our #1 priority. I requested an appointment via email, and received a very prompt reply. Their store is just amazing ... we could have spent many hours browsing through all of their treasures, large & small. Great selection of teak, at very fair prices. Highly recommend!

I came across Banana Lab while searching for mid century furniture near Alaska. Most other companies I found said they did not offer shipping to Alaska. I found a beautiful credenza at Banana Lab (online) and fell in love with it. The owners were extremely helpful in coordinating shipping the credenza to Alaska. They were communicative, professional and responsive - overall amazing customer service! The credenza was in excellent condition when it arrived, and even more stunning than I could have imagined! It completely transformed my space, and I'm absolutely obsessed with it. I appreciate Banana Lab for helping make this happen! I would definitely buy furniture from them again.

Really nice little shop. Tons of beautiful and unique mid century modern furniture and décor pieces. I purchased a Poul Cadovius teak shelving system that is gorgeous. When I arrived to pick it up, the shop owners were really friendly, explained how to install the unit, packaged all of the pieces up, and loaded everything into my car for me. Great experience - will be back for more!

I purchased a Hans Wegner dining set that was quiet the operation to send from Canada to Los Angeles but Jin and his team did everything they could to make this experience easy & seamless. Very trustworthy, a strong attention to detail and very thoughtful and careful. I highly recommend shopping with them.

Second Luff Puff's review below. The site does not accurately represent the condition of the items, especially given the prices (expensive compared to other vintage furniture stores in town). This is especially the case for upholstered items or lamps. Don't buy those without seeing them in person.
