The short verion - DO NOT GO TO NELI STYLE FOR ANY TAILORING OR DRYCLEANING - The owner is unwilling to take responsibility for an error and refused to fix a faulty zipper that she sewed into a coat. Left me with a zipper that doesnt work, $50 down the drain, and her belief that I do not live in the real world and do not know how to work a zipper.I would have given NO STARS but it is not an option.It is not worth the time or moeny to go to NELI STYLE

I have been going to Neli since 2012 and she never seems to stop amazing me. She's talented, professional and also has the biggest heart. She's worked on so many dresses of mine, including one of my wedding dresses, and not only have I loved that dress, but so did everyone else. Neli is definitely someone you should go to if you either want something sewn from scratch, a hem or anything else, you won't regret it cause i haven't.

Neli's was able to accommodate my very last minute request to get my pants hemmed for a wedding the next day. The turnaround was very quick and affordable for the time allowed. If you're living in the Findlay Creek area I couldn't recommend them enough!

Repaired the zipper on my winter coat. The seamstress provide a great advice and options. The dry cleaning service is based out of Toronto and are one of the best companies. Another service that they offer is the dry cleaning service for wedding dresses which can be as low as $250.

very very poor customer service. i would recommend using a service where the cleaner does the work on site. very rude store owner and poor quality service.
