Went to this store once and got exceptional treatment from a lovely, curly-haired, man employee named Christopher. He gave me impeccable service and he found the right suit for me. I wasn't disappointed at all and I recommend to all my slatts.

Came in on Thursday and put a suit on hold. They have a “24 hour hold” policy but the salesman told me he’d make an exception, wrote my name and number down and everything. Came in again today (Saturday) to pick up the suit (45 min drive). Turns out it was sold to another buyer, no call, no text, nothing. Bad service man smh.

Disappointed with the first impression and won't be back. I originally bought a suit that needed alterations. The customer service rep was good but that wasn't the problem. I waited a week for alterations only to find out they couldn't do it. They were aware of the urgency and didn't even call me to let me know. When I came in again to get a refund I ended up buying a last minute suit that somewhat fit since I needed something urgently. Nothing was done to make up for the mistake and wasted time. A little disappointing since they throw discounts all the time... they even almost over charged me for the second suit.

We had the best experience at the Billy Bishop Moores location. Dinisha is a wonderful associate and the most amazing person! Dinisha assisted us in store and her associate whom I only spoke to on the phone (I apologize, I do not remember her name) are the most pleasant and helpful people. Dinisha's associate was able to transfer a dinner jacket for me from another store which arrived exactly as promised. She also followed-up with me to confirm that the transfer order was placed and assured me that the jacket would arrive promptly. In store, Dinisha was very knowledgeable and able to assist with my teenaged son's suit selection with ease. She is very helpful, kind and extremely patient and ensured my son was happy with every piece. Dinisha made our experience quite enjoyable considering the difficulty of shopping with kids lol! Thank you Dinisha! My son is so happy with his selection thanks to you :)

Store was super busy but our sales clerk, Damola , was calm, professional, efficient and so pleasant. Highly recommend.

I came into the store looking to get fitted for a suit. As I walked in I was approached by a salesperson who asked me what size I was looking for. Immediately, and with confidence, he told me that they do not carry my size. I questioned this because I have purchased suits before at other Moores locations. I walked up to the rack, and sure enough, the first suit that I see is the size I am looking for. This was obviously uncomfortable for the salesperson who now had to admit that he has no idea whether or not what he said earlier was true. I didn't see anything on the rack that appealed to me so I asked to see some custom samples. I was led to a low hanging rack with fabric samples and was just told to crouch down and search through them as the salesperson just hovered near me. Rather than looking I decided to just leave and head somewhere else. I purchased a custom suit a few hours later at a different store with far better customer service.

Our university-aged son needed a suit for a Model UN trip to New York City; we had assumed we’d get only one suit but with the amazing deals that Moore’s had he ended up with two attractive light wool suits, 4 shirts, a beautiful pair of leather shoes, belt and socks - all for far less than the price of a suit at Harry Rosen or other men’s retailers. While the prices were excellent, it was the exceptional service we received from Dinisha at the Billy Bishop location that necessitated a 5 star review. From the first Dinisha was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We’ve received the suits back and all alterations she recommended and pinned for were spot on. Her suggestions for shirts etc were perfect and we were absolutely delighted with the whole experience. In addition, when we collected the suits, Greg was friendly, helpful and attentive despite a very busy store - he somehow managed to take good care of a few of us simultaneously! Clearly Moore’s has focussed on hiring exceptional talent at this location and we are so very grateful for Dinisha’s superior service while we were making the purchase and for Greg’s care at pick up.

The is a men's clothing store and one where the shopping experience is such that once you shop here, you want to keep going back. We have family members who will not buy their suits or shirts or trousers from anywhere else buy Moores. Their collection is such that you are bound to find several styles in colours of your choice and size and fabric. Never fails. And best of all is their service. Every staff member is helpful and they support each other in providing a fullsome service to a customer. We found this to be true in all branches and locations of Moores. They even carry belts.

Great service from the team here. Special call out to Jason, Luka, and Marco (the tailor). Highly recommend if you are shopping for suits.
