Ask the service desk for help, was treated as if they had more important things to do.Only reason I spent my dollars is they had a sale on for Pit Boss products.

I go here to get keys cut a lot and they do good work, typically not big line ups.

Good selection, competitive prices. We're building done steps and called ahead to check inventory on some cinder blocks. They said they had the type of block we were looking for on stock. On arrival we went to the contractor service desk to order and they said they didn't have the type we needed, contrary to the call. Made the order with a different type of cinder instead. Went out to the yard and the cinder we needed that they said they didn't have in stock was there. A bit of a hassel with the inventory and ordering process of getting things ordered from the yard to paying for it. We've been there multiple times and getting cement and blocks and mistakes were made on the order every time. Ordering from the contracting area then taking a handwritten price of paper to the till to be paid for is a bit awkward. Overall service was friendly, store was tidy and they had tons of great home decor.

Have great product selection, but staff lacks in ability to help, a common issue with this store, where comparators they come to help, staff walks away hoping not to help, but selection is good in many areas

I absolutely love this little Gem of a hardware store. If you ever need anything, Pam and Julie are my go-to gals. All cashiers welcome you by name! (After a few visits lol) I have renovated my entire home using mostly materials from this store

Went here to see if they had any potting soil and orchid bark at this time of year and just my luck they did! Thanks home vernonbuilding center, my plants are happy in some fresh soil!
