The lone store employee handled multiple customers at the same time, doing a full new customer sign up, an existing customer adding a service, another customer with a phone specific service and hooking another customer with customer service when they couldn’t wait any longer. It was very impressive. He did not lose his patience at any time during a challenging morning.

Had a fantastic experience! Jesse was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what I wanted in a new phone and helped me sort through my options. He also helped me select an appropriate plan. I am very happy and would definitely return to this store for any future needs.

I just bought my first iPhone at the Bell store in Goderich. Ameer was so patient and helpful, answering every question I had. I went back in the next day with another question and Jenelle too, was super helpful, understanding and patient. I would highly recommend the expertise of the staff at Bell.
