Customer service was excellent right from the moment I called dispatchThey had a truck there asap and were able to accommodate 4 passengers and a baby seat for our 4 month old. After dropping truck off at mechanics our driver Nathan took us to our hotel. Highly recommended if your ever in need. Customer service like this is rare now a days

Steve was awsome tow truck driver.He was punctual and on time. He drove very professionally and was very knowlegable about towing. I will use hwy 43 towing services again .

I didn't speak with the office because it was arranged by the fleet company, but the driver was on time, and courteous. He was also very careful with the vehicle and delivered it safely to the dealership in Whitecourt.
