Andrews is one of my favourite go to" resources in Toronto for quality fashion. It's impossible to walk out of the store without at least one exciting new addition to my wardrobe (usually more than one!). Their broad range of beautiful offerings covers every day to special occasion options at price points on par for the brands they carry. I've always had great experiences with the staff - Soli and Althea at Bayview are both particularly delightful to work with - great eye for what works with my style and fit preferences

A great place to go and get good quality women's clothing. Darren, the owner, has a fantastic eye and has picked pieces for me that I would never have tried on- each piece looked fantastic! Never pushy, always helpful. I recently purchased silk pants on his recommendation, first time I wore them I got several compliments. Thank you for pushing me out of my comfort zone!

Mimi, Darren, and the rest of the team at Andrews have always provided me with unparalleled service. From the moment I walk into the store I am greeted warmly and treated like family. Mimi is always extremely honest with me and I have never felt under any pressure to make a purchase. She consistently makes great suggestions and points things out to me that I might not have otherwise considered or thought to try on. Mimi and Darren have learned my taste over the years and already know to anticipate things that I will love! The entire Andrews team goes out of their way for customers and are always very solicitous. I have loved all my purchases over the years and love how well made, fashionable and timeless they are. They make me feel terrific and special!

Overpriced dresses that mostly look bad, they will trick you into buying a way over priced dress with a discount claiming you can return it, but when you want to return it they won't take it back. Plenty of other BETTER quality stores in Bayview village that won't lie to you.One of the worst stores you could ever go to for dresses if you wanna waste money thats the place to go but if you would rather not waste money don't waste your time either. This store doesn't even deserve one star.

Awful experience buying from this store. I bought 2 dresses fully aware that one was final sale but the other was not. As I was shopping for an event at the end of July and told the sales associate Stephanie that I would be looking for other dresses that weekend, she informed me that I would have 7 days for a refund. As luck would have it I did find another dress, but when I went to return the dress that I was told I could return after only 5 days (purchased Sunday, returned on Saturday) I was told by Mimi the manager that there was a tag missing and that it could not be refunded. I did not remove the tag; the dress was hanging in the garment bag it was purchased in until that day when I came to return it. Either the dress was bought and returned by someone before I purchased it, or the sales associate cut the tag before placing it in the garment bag so that I would not be able to return the dress. Either way, I felt robbed and cheated. I would warn anyone shopping from this store to watch the associates and sales clerks and check all labels etc. Before leaving with a purchase as I feel this was a slight of hand ploy to make a final sale. I'm a professional with a large network of professional female friends; I will be telling everyone I know not to shop from this store.

I recently shopped at this store and got a great experience - the staff is very helpful and knolwdgeble - I bought a belt and very happy with my choice. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Very high-end retail store. I have purchased a few quality items here and it is worth every penny. Their returns or exchange policy is 7 days; holiday exchanges are different so be sure to ask for a gift receipt.

Great selection, TERRIBLE service. I noticed a favourite brand in the window and popped in to see the selection Andrew’s carried. I spoke to the first salesperson I saw who rushed passed me only to close the entry door for capacity limits. I then walked by 5 other associates all of whom ignored me. I guess the figures I didn’t have the $800 for the item I came in for. Bottom line I will NEVER return.

This is more about the experience rather than the boutique. They have a lovely selection of clothing that is well constructed with good fabrication for what is currently available at these price points. The issue is the staff.I was looking for a jacket, and the saleswoman was very polite to me and offered lovely assistance, however when two women came in, one slim and one with a fuller figure the sales associate completely ignored the one woman and only spoke to the slim companion. Not only would she talk to the one woman while turning herself away from the other woman she actually complimented the slim companion on her physic and said her physic was the type that suited the store she could just tell".That is really what caught my attention as the other woman

I was at the store again yesterday afternoon , bad experience not the first time but the worst one. I am Living in the neighbourhood over twenty years, can not count how many times I have been shopping at this location. Four sales person on the floor, the Asian lady was serving the customer, she evens said Hi to me. The other three sales were chatting and laughing at the cashier desk. I try pass them twice no one said anything. I just go get my stuffs and pay. At the cashier, she didn’t ask, Have u shop here before, ...usually ask my phone numbers but not this time, she was picking up the phone at the same time I wants to pay, the other sales lady took my stuff and do the wrapping. The cashier still on the phone , talking stupid stuffs, she just handing the visa machine to me, after I pay, not even said Thank you.I don’t believe “Andrew” hires sales people with this kind of performance. Good quality clothing store but with bad quality staffs.
