Scott and team provide timely, professional and excellent service to our requests and hot tub needs. They are quick to respond, thorough in their diagnosing of the problem, very helpful in explaining the problem and absolutely fair in their pricing. We use them a couple times a year for maintenance, winterizing, reopening and all type of guidance. A+++ experience. Plus, it's always nice to support a small business that is run and staffed by good people.

Scott came out quickly and figured things out right away. He ordered our new pump and installed it within a couple of days. Wasn't expecting that! He was friendly, courteous and professional. He always arrived when he said he would and the last time he was here he was actually a day early. I realized (Feb. 2018)on a Saturday afternoon around 5pm that my hot tub temperature was down to 45 F. Left a phone message for Scott right after that and Scott called me back within an hour. I did quite a thorough job troubleshooting the problem via phone, suggested a way to prevent the spa from freezing and offered to come next Monday if the problem was not resolved. His advice was right on and I managed to restart the spa heater on my own by following his recommendations. I used his services 5 years ago for a leak problem that was also resolved. In a nutshell: quick response, very knowledgeable specialist and good service: I'll definitely call him again to service or fix anything on my hot tub!

During the pandemic I noticed so many businesses seemingly abandoned the idea of strong customer service. I often couldn't get a commitment on timelines or even someone to simply to return my call. This is what makes the service from Scott and Jan so exceptional! I always get a prompt and extremely helpful reply. Not only that, they often can help characterize the problem over email with some pics and videos to give you an idea of what to expect.Just recently I reported a problem on Sunday night, and I got a knock on the door Monday morning as Scott was working in the area.Professional, friendly and extremely responsive at fair prices. What else could you ask for? I almost never writes reviews, but decided to proactively write this one as great customer service deserves to be recognized!
