Worst place possible to live…buildings are 90s..that’s still one thing ..they have construction going for 365 days a year .god knows for what..but you can’t live or sleep in peace. There is always unwanted tuck tuck from construction.

Don't move here all they do is raise rents above guidelines every year. Trust me these places are not worth what they charge. My rent has gone up over 200 dollars in a few years. Hallways are dirty and the apartments are run down. If you want to live in a 70s inspired apartment and overpay for rent this is the place for you.

Once Rancho took over, the place went downhill.High rent, suites are in rough shape when you move in and then they take your damage deposit.

Liars. The prices on the website are not correct. apartments in a terrible state

Coming into the suites way too often lately for all kinds of inspections. Been here for years and it's never been this bad. Constantly raising the rent. Still haven't had the bedroom door replaced that was damaged from the tenants before us, and yet to get the closet doors we were told had been ordered when we moved in.

Terrible management. Rude, swear at renters, condescending and will lie when they make a mistake. Talk about slum landlords. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Run down suites with mold. Dirty and I have been broken into, so has my mailbox.

Listen I understand your just looking for a cheap place to rest for a year or so but trust me when I say your better off in a motel than here. I had 4 years on Strauss, only 1 year was perfect. 2 years of dealing with a squatting literal mental patient that Rancho took a whole 2 years to remove by force (police involvement). Only to have a heard of elephants move in for my last year. All walls and floors are practically paper, you hear everything. If they are not raising rent by 90$ a year, your left with writing essays just to convince Rancho head office to help you with a extremely horrific neighbours. They will let any Tom, Dyck, and Harry rent the place. Giving them 2 stars only because they were on top of maintenance.

Any issues with the apartment, the local resident managers have a crew in as soon as is convenient for you. They have cleaners in multiple times a week to vacuum, mop the stairwells, etc. Very well run.

I had a fantastic experience living here. My town home was GORG, and the landlord, staff and maintenance were nothing but a pleasure to speak to and work with. I have a toddler and all the staff were so AMAZING to him which made me feel even better about living there. If my suit needed something adjusted it was always done the same day if not the next I never had any issues at all.I highly recommend Moray Village for your next home :)
