As an owner of a old resort under major renovation and expansion you can imagine the issues that show up. Wayne and his crew were entrusted with our entire project once we realized that their first concern is getting it done right and in a timely fashion. They've often been called to fix others' mistakes and they explain the options in layman's terms whether it's best to fix or replace. Highly recommended.

While I have not used their services personally, I did encounter a very aggressive driver representing this company in Kamloops. This driver proceeded to tail gate me, speed and cut so close in front of my car that I had to slam on my breaks. The message he was trying to send me was clear - don't use my services because I am a aggressive person who doesn't care about the wellbeing of others. I can only imagine what his customer service skills are like when he is on the job. Zero stars.

I was extremely impressed and would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring electrical help. I had a Generac generator that was not working. He returned my call within a day, was extremely knowledgeable and came out to trouble shoot what was causing the issue. Not only did he discover what was broken he made sure nothing else had been damaged with the strain being placed on other parts. He ordered the part and soon as it came in he replaced it and made sure by recreating a power outage that the generator did indeed turn on and turn off as it should. I found his work to be very efficient and I felt great confidence in his work. If I ever need an electrician again I would definitely use him.
