Aviva Medical Specialists Clinic

If you can actually get booked for an appt the doctors are great. However, getting someone from Aviva to call you back or schedule an appt is near impossible. Leave a message (only 1 requested and they “will” call you back within 24 business hours) & no one calls back. I was told by the doctor in the beginning of October I would be schedule for a procedure Dec/Jan. I am yet to hear anything and yet to have anyone return my call regarding expectations. No one answers the phone & when I spoke with Aviva by pressing 0 instead of the extention she was rude & cut me off while I was explaining that I can’t get an hold of the office and sent me to the voicemail. This is my 2nd time having difficult with an Aviva linked clinic for scheduling.

Had my first appointment here last week. Seen lots of specialists lately and never felt compelled to write a review, but Dr. Kim was amazing. The whole staff really. So friendly, knowledgable and most importantly kind. I've never had a more positive experience with a physician. She explained everything so well and instead of giving me this is your prescription

First the appointment was canceled and rebooked to a month later, when I arrived for the newly scheduled appointment, it turned out that they gave me the wrong location on the phone and I was supposed to go to one that is over 30 minutes away, when I already spent 30 min to come to this one. No one answers the phone when trying to call them. Unprofessional.

I was going to be a client of 'doctor' slataroff, back in August of 2022, however he refused to see me and rejected the referal because I had not been tested for autism, which he obviosly as a psychiatric 'professional' he would know that could take years as an adult. If it was not for my Mother and my Uncle whom acts as a father figure in my life, and their support, the way I was treated by 'doctor' slataroff would have almost certainly caused me to KILL MYSELF, I still do not have a psychiatrist, but I would NEVER subject myself to having to meet that 'man'. Thankfully CAMH in Toronto, I was able to be diagnosed with high fuctioning autism, I would give a zero star review but you have to give at least one star. Ryan Jack O'Connor

The receptionist is extremely rude, never returns calls, is always on her phone and clearly hates her job. She has no business being in an customer facing position let along working at this office.

So unprofessional! Doctor was alright but they need to hire better receptionist. No call back or answer to emails after several attempts. They also only test for one allergy instead of doing a panel for others. I ended up having to go to my family doctor to get the prescriptions because they just never replied to me.

I had a long career in nursing so I feel competent to suggest that I know doctors.Dr. Habiba is one of the best doctors I have ever come across.She is so smart, caring, respectful and truly wants the best for her patients.I was so fortunate to have surgery performed by her.Her office assistant was excellent as well.They are a great team together.I am so thankful.

I had been debating for a long time whether or not to write this review. I had been dealing with vulvar pain for years and in 2019 Dr. Habiba diagnosed me with vulvodynia. Our first couple appointments were wonderful… she made me feel seen and heard. However, my last appointment left me in tears as I felt completely dismissed. I was told my pain level was acceptable and there was lots of resistance when I asked about being referred to another specialist and I was dismissed when I tried to share my own research regarding my condition and possible treatment options. If you are suffering from vulvar pain please know that you are not alone.

I saw Dr. Bibr today and she was the kindest doctor I have interacted with. Spent more time than I expected with me explaining my condition and treatment options. She did not dismiss any symptoms unlike previous doctors... and I finally have a diagnosis. She was amazing from start to finish and I am so glad she is now my specialist. The nurse I spoke to first, Natasha, was also amazing. All around such a great experience.

My mother had a video appointments with them they logged in at the given time to tell us they were running late and would be back in 30 mins at the 1 hour mark after the given time we gave up and went out for lunch these dr don't care and will play with your time and money ask for someone else seriously
