OK Tire

Vince and Frank have cared for my car's needs for years. Frank reminds me regularly to swap out the tires whenever the fall and spring roll around. I am writing this review today because as I drove up north early this morning and drove by abandoned cars and TTC buses that had slid off the road trying to navigate the excessive piles of snow -- I was profoundly grateful that Frank had encouraged me recently -- to replace my near-balding winter tires!Last summer, when my car's A/C broke down on the hottest day of the season, I called OK Tire, and Frank told me to bring it right in. Etc.I highly recommend OK Tire (Dupont) for tire and automotive repair.

The guys who run this shop are amazing. No matter how busy it is they always acknowledge every customer and are beyond friendly. Even though we only ever get our winter tires changed they're always happy to help. We did end up buying some winter tires from them last year and they put them on right away.

Great Service! My tire hit a pothole and badly damaged while coming to work on a heavy snow day. Despite the shop did not have the tire for my car in the inventory, Vince's team was able to transport a new tire from a different location and eventually replaced my damaged tire. I was able to have my car back before the end of my shift, and come home safely!

These guys are the best. My partner and I come here to get our winter tires switched. But today, I had low tire pressure today and went to them. I had a nail in my tire but also I had an important meeting to get to so they pumped it up for a quick fix and then fit me in later that day to get it properly fixed. They are professional and it’s always a pleasant experience. Thank you!!

Vince and his team are great!. I took my car in to swap my all-seasons for winter tires back in October last year and I received superb service from Vince. He was very pleasant and seemed really down-to-earth when we speak on the phone. They had a special going on so he booked me in and not only did he install my winter tires, he also reset the service maintenance gauge because it was set incorrectly by the dealer (hey could have left it that way but fixed it - that was going above and beyond). They showed a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend them and will be returning for tire services.
