Really great dealership. I was dealing with Andy who was very patient when I was looking at the car slowly and carefully, answered all my questions, took the car to the official dealership to get the service history and provided great service. The owner was also kind to me, and offered to provide additional vehicle inspection for free.I felt like they were pretty transparent with me and feel comfortable recommending them for anyone who is looking for a used car.

Excellent customer serviceMy wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with the salesperson Wesker. Wes was exceedingly patient and easy to deal with, It was one of the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Picking up a car can sometimes be very stressful but Wesker kept it relaxing and simple yet fulfilled all our needs!! Jason worked extremely hard to get the financing done with a superb rate I'd say, extraordinarily satisfied!! Big thanks to him and all the staff there for making such relaxing environment to buy from! ill be sure coming back for future purchases and I highly recommend you visit them and ask for Wesker!

Just sold my 5 year old car to Bolylin Auto Group. First of all, the sales person, Arthur, was great to deal with - on the phone, or over text he was extremely professional. They even gave me a ride home to North Vancouver from RIchmond in one of their luxury BMWs. The employee who drove us (I forgot his name) was very nice, polite and knew a lot about luxury cars.

Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Vehicle sold had aftermarket infotainment system in Chinese that previous owner installed. Could not factory reset because no user password provided. Don’t bother dealing with ARTHUR ZHAO who sold us the car. Didn’t even bother to resolve issue after contact for several months and even reported to BBB. Highly recommend NOT doing any business with them.

Finally got my dream car Civic Type R! I was back here again as repeat customer because of their great services and the experience I had. First time was a Volkswagen Golf but it just wasn't enough for me, so I've decided to upgrade it to something new and next level. The sales process&transaction was smooth and everything sorted out perfectly. The sales price was fair and so was the trade-in value they gave to me. I'm pleased with my new vehicle.The staff there are all down to earth.The salesperson Wesker I been dealing with was very awesome and no pressure to deal with. During my financing process Arthur made me feel like he actually cares! Such a caring young lad that made my day. Walked away with a big smile thanks to him.Much obliged for such great service!
