The kids got the job done on short notice, so I'm giving them one more star than the owner/dispatcher guy deserves. Three kids showed up and they were nice enough, but I felt like the owner/dispatcher guy tried to screw me for additional fees the whole time.First, the deal was $170 per hr for my 3 workers. Then, we agreed on $850 all-in regardless of time, which I was required to pay as my deposit at the beginning of the move. At the end of my move, he tried to change the deal to $850 for the first 4 hours and $170 per hour afterwards. What does all-in or all-inclusive mean to this guy? Always put verbal deals in writing. Even though I put my deals in writing, he tried to make changes to the terms to try and charge me more in fees.

Sky dream movers move my 3 bedrooms stuff second time very quickly as compared to my last movers. They are very friendly and well cared for my belongings. Very reasonable price. I will highly recommend to my relatives and friends. Thnx sky dream movers..

EXTRA CHARGES FOR HEAVY ITEMS?????Last minute my moving day changed so I called around frantically for a moving company that had availability. I found Sky Dream Movers and they had availability, now I know why!!! I spoke with the owner on the phone, he quoted me $135/hour which I said no problem and let him know I had a washer and dryer that needed moving as well. When the movers got to my house on the day of the move they wouldn't start work until I gave them a $800 deposit (I was not advised of this). I phoned the owner and he said they would calculate the difference after so of course on moving day I just agreed. When the movers were done (didn't take boxes/bags/small items we had to do that on our own) they gave me a bill for $1288.The extra charges??? Washer and dryer = $135, Heavy items = $165, Travel time = $135. Spoke to the owner again and he just said that's what it costs. Me being exhausted from the whole move just paid to get them out of my driveway so I could get the other smaller trucks unloaded.My question.....what moving company does not expect to carry heavy items??? Isn't that why I hired them? If we didn't have heavy stuff I would have done it myself!!A move that is a 15 minute drive from old house to new house cost me $1288. I would have been ok with that if I was advised of the 'additional costs' prior to.I would never recommend this company to anyone unless they want to pay double what they were quoted!!

They're Movers had no respect for what they were moving they dragged my mattress down the hall there's a hand truck tire tread across the face of it had a glass display case that they didn't even tie to the wall when they were hauling it they charged me $650 for just over 1 hour
