Amazing staff. Amazing service. All providers under one roof and I don't feel like I'm being ripped off

Went to the shop and was waited in by Jennider ..I have gotten alot further with in a few minutes than I did with Bell

I never thought I'd ever have to write a negative Review, but I just had the worst Customer Service Experience ever! My phone got wet and I lost my koodo Card, I have been a customer of Koodo and the Mobile shop for years, it was the only place I bought stuff to do with my phone. Yesterday I talked to a nice girl Jennifer who was very helpful and had talked me into buying a new phone, which I was going to do in the coming days. (Kayla is also very helpful) She told me I could go up and get a card so could transfer all my pictures ect.. Today I went up and this girl Emma" with all her Nose piercings tells me she has "TON"S of Phones and TONS of cards..but will not sell me one unless I buy a new Phone! It was Saturday night

The service was wonderful. Vaishali was so attentive and helpful. Overall, this was an incredible experience

James is an amazing employee! Dealt with him a few times and he is always amazing! He is my go to person in Summerside for Mobility!

Honestly they weren't particularly helpful this go around but I had a good experience with them a year ago

The Mobile Shop at the Summerside Superstore is the only place my husband and I will ever go for ANYTHING phone related. The staff is awesome and work hard to make sure that you are 100% satisfied before you leave the store. You can also stop in and ask questions. They are always ready to answer your questions.
