Just got a CT5-V from Gananoque Cadillac. I had to purchase from out of town (Cornwall), which was fantastic that they could accommodate me during the process. Everything went smooth, and love the car. Great customer service between Doug and Trent! Will definitely buy here again if we decide to purchase another GM vehicle.

This was our first purchase from Gananoque Cadillac but it will not be our last. We were very impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly Doug Lloyd, our sales associate was and unlike purchases from other dealerships this was a pressure-free experience. We were treated honestly and respectfully and with just the right amount of humour! It was a true pleasure to make a deal with Doug. The entire experience was enjoyable and we love our new Cadillac.

5th vehicle purchased here, absolutely fantastic staff and service. Mark was wonderful to deal with and very dependable to advise of available upgrades, updates on delivery and options for financing. The entire team at Gan Chev are fantastic. Everyone is kind and courteous and willing to make your purchase as seamless and transparent as possible. A few hiccups and bumps during the weeks long process but all employees involved went out of their way to make sure they had a satisfied customer in the end. Lots of follow up afterwards as well to ensure I was happy with everything. Really couldn’t ask for any more.
