I was not sure what to expect when booking my first facial and massage. It was not even easy to come across their website. I will say, I searched last night during a time when my mind and body needed to recover. And this was the sanctuary I needed in a busy world, where you feel like just another number. Strangely, this felt more of a transformative experience. You feel the passion of the owner Mo, who greets you with poise and finesse. My facial expert, Cindy was informative and not pushy. Everyone that works there uses and believes in their products. As a physician myself, I have become skeptical of many dermatological products and often get confused what is the best regimen. Like anything in life, simple products, with high level ingredients that you will easily use daily makes the most impact. This is the first spa I’ve been to where the products are in fact “one size fits all” which makes sense. They are gentle products and offer the basics of healthy skin. They can be used differently to target unique skin challenges. Lastly, my massage was healing with Rita. She immediately understood my body, and delivered one of the best deep tissue massages ever. It seems that Mo has created a space and line of products that exude his passion and his family’s legacy. In a city where no one really knows your name, with a transient sense of belonging - come here to find the true art of customer service, a real product that staff believe in and a healing experience.

I just had one of the very best facials of my life at oo spa! The decor is very tasteful and elegant and I felt instantly relaxed as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted by the owner who is extremely kind and knowledgeable. It's rare to meet someone who is so passionate about what they do! I had my facial with Mari who is an absolute angel. It was extremely relaxing and my skin glowed after. I've had facials at probably all of the most expensive spas in Vancouver and this was one of the very best!

I’ve been coming to Oo Spa since they opened in June and have always received excellent service here! I like the use of the all natural skincare products, and I’ve had skincare treatments from Sangja and Yoko. They have three treatment packages (refresh, renew and nurture) totalling 8 treatments. They take photos each time before and after the treatment so you can see your skin progress! Products are also gifted at the beginning of each package - I loved being gifted the myufull skincare products and towels (travel size and full size)! I’m on the last treatment package, which includes the biowarmy pack (a beeswax mask that feels like a wax) and revitalizing device (facial shocks). My skin definitely feels softer and brighter after the treatments.Updated to five stars because they recently added private rooms and a chair that reclines for their facials!

Oh my goodness, let me tell you about the facial I received at Oo Luxe Skin Spa in Granville! It was absolutely heavenly, darling. I am a lazy 30+ woman when it comes to my skincare routine, but after experiencing this facial, I am fully converted to the luxurious life of regular facials.Firstly, let's talk about the location. Yes, it's a bit of a trek from the Granville Skytrain station, but trust me, it is worth the effort. The spa is nestled in a lovely spot, with plenty of parking available. The walk up and down the bridge is a small price to pay for the experience you'll receive at Oo Spa.When I entered the spa, I was immediately greeted by a courteous and welcoming gentleman with beautiful tattoos and smokey eye makeup (hello, gorgeous!). He took care of everything, from checking my appointment to offering me a delicious herbal tea and some indulgent Lindor chocolate. Talk about service!My therapist, Sangja, was an absolute delight. She explained the facial treatment in detail, using felt cloths in three different tones to show me how my skin would be deeply cleaned, revitalized, and toned up. She used Myufull skincare products commonly used in Japanese salons, which felt incredibly natural and luxurious on my skin. I have to say, Sangja's massaging techniques made me feel like I was experiencing the best cleanse of my life.After washing off the cleanser with warm water at the vanity, I was led to a dark and romantic treatment cubicle. The lighting was perfect, and I was made to sit on an adjustable chair that could lie flat with the press of a button. Sangja used an EMS beauty device to massage my face, stimulating collagen and increasing elasticity. The entire process lasted about 20 minutes, and I left feeling like an absolute queen.To top it all off, Sangja briefly talked about the spa's promotional facial service packages, which were incredibly attractive. There was no hard sell, just a gentle suggestion to consider coming back for another treatment. And you know what? I definitely will.Overall, my experience at Oo Luxe Skin Spa was fantastic. The service was impeccable, the facilities were luxurious, and my skin has never felt better. If you're in the Vancouver area and looking for a top-notch facial experience, you simply must visit Oo Spa Granville. Trust me, your skin will thank you!

I came in today for their Oo Luxe-Skin Revitalizing Facial and I was extremely satisfied with the services I received. They took the time to address my skin concerns and provided knowledge and treatment to target my concerns. This was an elevated spa experience and I loved every moment of it. Having sensitive skin, they use skincare products with all-natural, organic, quality ingredients that did wonders for my facial skin. I can’t wait to try their other services! I would highly recommend Oo Spa.

WONDERFUL STAFF!It’s a bit hard to find this place on the GPS. This location is under the bridge next to cafe LinhStaff here is kind and a accommodating. The facials are relaxing. A little bit overpriced for the services and wished they massage moreInto the face. Usually facials I receive does a facial massage when applying products to the next and sometimes shoulders.For price I would expect to have similar services.The interior is beautiful for photos and videos to take. It’s white and open concept.The first area is full of windows and they do cleansing before you go into another room. I would prefer this to be a process where you lay down and relax on the chair.They tell u to go to the sink to then rinse your face. It would be nice if they used a white towelto remove the cleanser while ur on the chair.Once cleansed they bring you to a second room. That’s when they use the devices and face products.I would come here to experience it once but I wouldn’t come here frequently for a facial

I came in for my 1st session a few weeks ago, and was delightfully welcomed by an aesthetically beautiful environment as well as authentic Japanese beauticians.The treatments have been carefully explained by the staff, and in my last session I fell asleep which apparently is the highest compliment!I was told that my skin is smooth, which of course I appreciated hearing this feedback and felt encouraged to continue treating & looking after my skin. All of the products feel great on the skin and are made with natural ingredients. Having lived and worked in Japan before it was a pleasure to come to such a relaxing, bright and welcoming Japanese zen environment. All of the staff are super friendly and professional. Don't hesitate to come here if you dare to indulge yourself to a little slice of luxury in a quaint location near downtown Vancouver!

I had booked a Oo Luxe Facial with Mari today. She was wonderful and very professional. Her touch was also very soft and almost put me to sleep. Oo Spa is very clean and has a calming atmosphere. The products they used are all Natural with no alcohols, oils and chemicals. I also met Mo today who was very very knowledgeable in skincare and the Science. He took his time and explained the slightest details in the products and why they work. Being in the Beauty industry my self this was something I really valued in my experience there.I would recommend this place in a heart beat
