Emerson's Lock Ltd.

Emerson's took over from Long's Lock and Key, who was an excellent locksmith. Emerson himself appears to have retired and so now there is one individual answering the phone and arranging appointments, and a totally separate person doing the work. This is not a big deal until you discover the one who arrives on site does not know how to install a certain lock and point blank refuses to, and the best thing? He wants $65 for refusing to do any work.

They came to our house to fix a patio door lock that was stuck in locked position. Difficult job but they did well and no mess afterwards. Thanks.

Emerson's Lock is a great local business run by a bunch of top rate guys. If you've purchase a home or business in Victoria and need new locks, Emerson's is quick and reasonably priced.

We take pride in our business and work and would never charge a client for a service call where we did not provide service. Carson Upton and I took over the business from his father and will continue on the legacy of outstanding costumer service and quality. I had a great experience with this company. They came at a moments notice , fixed/changed my locks, were friendly, efficient, quick and did not leave a mess. Thank you!

Staff has been very responsive to my crazy ideas and requests that are super important to me, actually offering options and even newer prospectives on my safety plan for my residence, I am hoping for a great execution of the plan we put in place through dialogue. I have to write this review because they were awesome. i was in a predicament where i had to get alot of keys redone, within a very short time. I spoke with Evan on the phone, initially, and and we were able to figure out what had to be done.He and his team of 4 were on the jobsite the very next day, on time, with 2 trucks, equipped. They were polite, willing to problem solve, definitely went out of their way to give excellent customer service, got the job done and for the quote that was given to me the day before.Best of all, this is a local company and i definitely will be using their services in the future. They seemed to have very reasonable pricing as well.Thank you Evan and team, you did a great job and i would highly recommend you to anyone.

We have used Emerson's Locks for over 25 years for both personal and business. Their service is always as prompt as their schedule allows and always professional and thorough. Last week, it was above and beyond. I had accidentally locked myself out of the house over this past weekend. Jason, one of Emerson's courteous lock technicians arrived and worked patiently to breech one of our smart locks" so that I could re-enter our home. He set up a temporary and safe dead bolt and returned within 3 days to replace the original.Thank you

Emerson's lock helped us out with a difficult problem. We wanted keyed access to our condo's patio door, but the keyed version of the handle set was no longer made. They figured out a way to modify our existing set, found a suitable cylinder that could share a key with our other doors, and did the installation. They were always pleasant and friendly to work with. The new keyed door has made our lives better, and we couldn't be happier with Emerson's.

Wow these guys are on the ball and eager to help. My truck was over from the mainland and the driver forgot the key. Called Ken at 5:26 and he was in action! Likely relaxing from a busy day eating dinner and enjoying his down time. At 6:29 he texted me that the we have access, the new key was cut and was on his way home. Nothing but good things to say about this company. Great having a reliable resource to lean on. Especially when your a ferry trip away.Thanks Ken!
