These guys have been awesome! Super friendly staff - Luke gives some wicked tips on how to set up the boat for the best surf. He literally gave us his personal board to try out. Boats are in great shape. Ryan is accommodating and helpful. All around solid company!

I had an issue with my boat trim and not being able to raise my prop up. Tristan and Amy were fantastic, and fit me in to there schedule. Tristan was super knowledgeable and had my boat fixed in no time. I would 100% recommend this company

Prompt, supportive, attentive and friendly team. I'm a new boat driver and Shawn offered to set me up with Luke to go for a drive and get a good feel for the boat and oriented with the area, dock and launch procedures. Luke's insights went above and beyond what is offered through the boat licensing process. Around the launch, the team communicates clearly and effectively in what is often a busy boat launch. And Ami is the best. Always available to assist with booking help if we need some flexibility around booking windows. This team is dedicated and hardworking and we are so grateful that they offer this service. The boats have operated perfectly to-date and are beautiful to drive.

Love these guys! Ryan and the team work super had to ensure you are happy. There were some mix ups and a few mistakes as they were going through some growing pains, but they totally made up for it and didn't try to hide anything or sweep it under the rug, they just dealt with it head on and made sure we were happy. Ryan and the team really do care about making sure you are happy. They run a very good business here. Trustworthy, hardworking, and good old fashioned service. I cannot recommend them enough!

OLBC offers an awesome membership program for those who don't want to deal with the hassles of owning a boat. Ami and Sean were always a pleasure to deal with along with all the guys launching the boats. It definitely made our new place in Kelowna and our experience that much better!

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Honestly, too many good things to say about OLBC; its owners, managers, and staff. I just finished my first season with them and it was the best summer in my 10+ years in Kelowna thanks to them. Their level of client care, professionalism and passion for the business is incredible - always making sure we were taken care of no matter what. We recently moved to Kelowna to experience a true Okanagan lifestyle and these guys delivered. I really wanted to buy a boat but know nothing about it. Every boat looks good to me. A friend recommended this company and their membership plan. He said it was amazing and hassle free. Almost sounded too good to be true so I decided to call in and got lucky when I got the owner on the phone. He explained the membership details and what’s all in tell. I signed up and it’s probably the best money I spend since I moved here. They boys Trey, Luke and Kyle are always on time and the guys have the boat clean and full of gas. Super friendly and helpful with whatever you need. It’s a 5 star class of service and I always have a $20 and the end of my trip. The manager Shawn is straight forward manager and easy to deal with. I think best about this is that convenience of wanting to experience all the different boat, go out whenever you want, just book it online which takes like 2 mins, and no docking, storage any maintenance. Just show up and get off when you’re done. For once this is as advertised, perfect for us new guys or just people who don’t want the hassle.UPDATE: So now its coming towards the end of the season and i have used the membership for 4 months i can firmly say its the best money i've spend in a long time. I can wakesurf without a rope, lost 30lbs and 27% body fat. i knew no one when i first got the membership and now I made tons of new friends who i think will be long time friends and also gained a lot of self confidence from surfing. The team took good care of me and SUPERSTAR AMI whos their heart and soul of the company made booking and everything easy. Kyle, Trey, Luke and the new guy Jeff are some of the best customer service i've received. Shawn the manager is one hard working guy and knows his stuff. They are so accommodating especially as i'm not the best at planning ahead.They are always on time and never with a attitude.
