This location is fabulous! 1) They are fully stocked (including all the candle, soap and plug in HOLDERS which no one ever has).2) it's nice to get your heavy items and put them right in your car versus having to walk around a mall with a heavy bag3) the staff is super friendly and attentive.

Small store located in Ajax shopping complex. I went there on Saturday evening. Staffs are very proactive in helping customers. I would highly recommend this place.

Went for the semi annual clearance sale at Bath and body works! Loved it! The store was clean and well kept and smelt amazing, of course! Not everything was on sale, unfortunately. But I still love the products I picked out!

I was in the store the other day and saw Maria just disrespecting her employees. This turns me off from coming back to the store where bullying takes place. someone give her a happy pill because she seems like a miserable soul. She was just standing around and bossing everybody around. ask someone in a position of leadership. I would never treat my employees like that. Bath and Bodyworks, it’s time to make some changes. Next time I see you do this and I’m in the store. I’m gonna tell you exactly where to go, you might be able to bully your employees, but you can’t bully me. Be happy it’s Christmas time.. no room for grinches around here

Always look forward to shopping at the Ajax location. Huge turnover in staff since last year and the difference is pleasantly noticeable!! Maddie, Josh, Tasha & Jennifer are very welcoming & seem intent on ensuring 100% customer satisfaction! Definitely the best B&BW experience in Durham.

I love Bath and Body Works! The store is clean, everyone is friendly, products are wonderful, my one downside was in the store experience. I went into the store a couple days ago, and was followed so closely I felt like asking her out to dinner. That's how close she kept following me. I find it a little entertaining, but maybe be a little more subtle when you think someone is going to steal. I paid for all my items and always had every intention of doing so! I know this woman was just doing her job, but be a little more subtle! Lol
