I would not use this place ever again. The prices are to steep for the quality. I used them to dry clean my suit. My jacket shrunk massively. I under stand mistakes can happen. I reached out to see if there is anything that can be done and the owner could only meet in the morning on days I couldn’t get in. I offered to just drop off my jacket and have the owner look at it at his time. I got quite the snarky response. If anyone wants to see it, message me. But the team said the owner has my number and will reach out, been a week and still no response. This has been going for almost 3 weeks now. I tried to give benefit of the doubt, I tried to have them come up with a solution. Even if there isn’t, I can accept that. But not accountability at all. I only had one suit and now it’s trashed, wasn’t a cheap suit either. Save yourself the time and head ache from dealing with them. I’d give less than 1 star if I could. If anyone has any other dry cleaner they can recommend me in the future, please let me know.

Tried to use Hillary's yesterday for the 1st time but dealt with a very argumentative lady wearing a Team Canada jersey. I think she should save her attitude for the game and not the customers. Final straw was when she asked when I needed my clothing back, when I requested Thursday afternoon the latest and she gave me full attitude well this IS Tuesday and we require 2 days"....yupp that would be 2 days.... decided to go back to my regular spot Carr's on Bath Rd only to find out they send their dry cleaning to Hillary's. I took the suits home and cleaned them myself. Dry cleaning is not a necessity...customer service is everything in today's economy."

Do not go here under any circumstances. I took a suit jacket and dress pants to be cleaned. Picked them up and took them home. Due to a busy life I didn't check them until the evening of a work function, while getting ready to go out the door, I attempted to put on my jacket, only to find that it was about 3 sizes too small, they had switched it with another customers. Took it back the next day and they were very evasive. Told me to leave the jacket and see if someone returned the other jacket. We called and went back several times. Asked to speak to the owner and were told the owner wasn't in. He was. This is almost 14 months later and no offer to reimburse or even an apology. They actually made it out like it was my fault... apparently it was, I trusted them to do their job.

The worst experience ever. The hillary's on gardiners road is not only inefficient but also racist. They lost a $100 suit pants and when we wanted written statement about it to come back to speak to the owner next day they wouldn't take ownership. They made us pay. No compensation and called me a DRAMA QUEEN. That is insult after losing my pants and not even a sorry was said. I hope no one experiences this ever. Nothing was done for us and no apology was provided.

I have been dealing with this business for many years and they have always provided excellent service! Clothes are always cleaned well and have never had a broken button on shirts as I have at other dry cleaners. I highly recommend Hillary's.

Good experience with the Gardiner's road location, dropped my husband's suit off on a Monday at 4 and it was ready the Wednesday morning. Fairly decent price in my opinion for the turn around time and the service. The lady I dealt with was fairly polite, and gave me clear details on when the suit would be ready.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I will be speaking with the CANEX at CFB Kingston immediately and recommending they outsource to a different business. Had my military uniform dry cleaned and pressed. Asked for extra starch, shirts came back flimsy with no starch at all and with doubled creases. My tunic smells awful, as do those of my coworkers, all of which had no smell prior to being handed over to Hillary's. Worst dry cleaning I have ever experienced.

The only dry cleaning business I use in Kingston, have been coming here for close to two years now. Extremely friendly staff, very professional, fantastic prices, highly recommend. Have never had an issue with them, hence my continued business and have always been more than satisfied with their services!
