We reached this McDonald’s at midnight around 12:30 AM because one of us was facing serious stomach issue and wanted to use the restroom. The drive-thru was still open but dine-in was closed. We requested the employees to let us in as it was very urgent but they told us that they are closed for the day. I am not sure whether it is their general policy but what we faced cannot be justified by that I guess! ☹️

This is basically a McDonald's the food's never amazing. the service is never amazing and the atmospheres never amazing. that doesn't mean it's a bad thing. it's just a McDonald's. it is what it is. This McDonald's always seems to be busy every time we go in. there's always a lineup out the parking lot. the price of McDonald's is getting worse to where you're paying. $40 for two people to eat junk food.

Fries had been sitting in the warmer and were not good! The coke needed a new fountain change…coloured water! The burger was ok. The service was super friendly

My puppy loves McDonald' cheeseburgers which she gets as an occasional treat. Initially when using the McDonald's app there were some errors in completing the order correctly, but the manager (Dee Dee) straightened that out. The food served is of good quality. I have noticed that some of the newer hires have a tendency to either not say anything when delivering the food or communicate in very quick and neutral tones. That is the only reason I have given less than 5 stars for service.

This location currently owes me 4 jr chickens.. not sure why but constantly missing burgers from my bag. They never give me a receipt either so there's no way for me to prove it, and since it's on the 7/8 I'm usually in a different city by the time I notice.The staff is almost always friendly during the but had one really bad experience at night time back in October. The food is usually fresh.

Slow and unorganized, didn't seem like they were following the number tracker system as many orders were over looked. Restaurant was dirty. The bun was burnt. 25 minute wait for an indoor order. Nobody even apologized for the wait. Will just drive to Kitchener next time

the drive thru is NEVER open at night even tho it claims it’s 24 hours. i’m local and go here pretty often at night and 3/4 times it’s closed. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP BLOCKING THE DRIVE THRU OFF AT NIGHT I WANNA CRY

I had the worst experience at this branch, many incidence within the same month. Three times wrong order, one time a dead fly in my drink. Store is filthy dirty, place is totally miss handled. I recommend top management to interfere as soon as possible and take action towards the cleanliness of this store.

For starters I was surprised they were even open at night normally they put a cone or trash can in the drive thru and say they’re closed, anyways whatever I asked for he just kept saying we don’t have that including the fries lol all they had was jr chickens and once I got them he pretty much thru them at me and slammed his window like I was a inconvenience to make him work
