Another Kelsey's and a fantastic experience. The servers are awesome, warm and friendly. Food is awesome as always. Loved the in-house wheat ale. I wish the honey buns come back on the menu, my kid loves them. Always a nice time to hang out on a patio at Kelseys.

Just had the worst 10 wings ever from a resturant. Ordered door dash and got the most dry and overpriced wings ever. These are definitely wings that had been in the freezer for a long time now. Im shocked and Disgusted how a resutrant chain such as kelseys has this type of quality control. I wonder how long they were in the freezer for. Not near fresh at all. What a waste money. Food cost so much now and they serve me this garbage. They charged 21.23 for this, I want my money back!If you're reading this kelseys it's check 7951Door dash order 25004

Got the social hour nachos + Corona meal for $20. Nachos are pretty substantial with a lot of toppings! It got pretty busy when we were there but you can tell the staff cares about you because they'll do their best to make sure you're being helped. Shoutout to our friendly server Jennie!

I am so thankful I came into this Kelsey's today! Our waitress, Danielle, was phenomenal! She was kind, attentive, and a great host! She's also going into an awesome career (ask her about it when you come! )The food looks and tastes great (I got a mushroom melt and baked potato).Great atmosphere, food, and workers! I highly suggest coming here ^_^

Always a family friendly place and good food. Had the wings and ribs combo and it was pretty good, the fries could've been better though, as they seemed soft (as in not crunchy) and a bit tasteless.

This location has really gone downhill. The restaurant wasn't even busy when we went in last night. Terrible experience. I wanted to wash my hands before the meal but there was no soap available in the washroom. Monique took over 12 minutes to put soap but the pump was broken. I asked for other soap she said none was available only sanitizer. Makes me think nobody here washes their hands including employees. Our server Joyce wasn't friendly and had no recommendations with regards to the menu and for whatever reason stood at a distance which was offensive. We requested light ice in our drinks but noticed since we were sitting across the bar, Monique over flowing the glass with ice. My daughter walked over and requested again light ice. Our appetizer took over 20 minutes to come out. Our mains were nowhere to be seen even after waiting over 30 minutes. The manager Natasha was extremely argumentative, rude and unpleasant to deal with. She wasn't apologetic and started talking to me as if I'm special. Her tone was very confrontational. The owner should really think before hiring people like Joyce whom other reviewers have complained about as well and Natasha is not capable or professional enough to be a manager..

I come here often and the servers, bartenders, and managers are nothing but nice. Service is great, and the staff are very attentive. Food and drinks are always well done!Last visit I was served by Nadine, and she was awesome, definitely a memorable experience. We requested some changes to items and our table, and she was more than happy to accommodate us. Highly recommend having her, as your server if you want to be served by someone attentive , kind, and who actually knows what they are doing!
