We do business everyday with very profesionnal transport companies. We will NEVER EVER again do business with VITRAN. This company is very unprofessional, irrespectful and absolutely can not deliver on time. WORST transport company. 3 days later and they still look for our stock and ...for their driver!

Hard to find their address if you are first time driver for loads. Google maps Shows different than their location!.

First time coming to this yard, will be bit confusing so just follow the VITRAN AND CLARE sign board and drive along the railway tracks. 4500 address is wrong.

If we could give them a 0 star rating, we would.They lost our skid of custom paper products that was picked up July 27 for delivery July 30. They couldn’t even tell us it was lost until Aug 1. They kept saying it was coming.We then had the order sent again. They said it would be delivered 1-4PM, but when we called at 3PM to check on the status, they said they lost it yet again and we are left without any product. Truly incredible.Do not trust these people.

I don’t understand how they can still operate as a delivery company. Customer service is a big joke. They call me to tell me that my packet was gonna come and at the end of the day nothing came. This happens 3 times, btw. Absolutely insulting way of doing business.

To get there for first time will be difficult, you have to find vitran,clark board and follow that, i have a picture saying to find it

If you put this address on GPS :VITRAN4500 RUE HICKMOREIt will take you to building no 4600.To reach VITRAN:1) at traffic lights turn toward the police station (look for a danger sign or police cars for reference)2) keep on driving straight and you will see VITRAN and Clark signs , after that just follow the signs.
