Always fast with service. But sometime paint you get for bigger job is chunky and needs to be strained. Which can be a pain. Otherwise fully recommended.

Their customer service is not bad. Jeff is one of the best person they have but there are couple other representative don't like to work. One person refused me to sell paint as he will not have time for next two days so I drove to east end to buy. And one representative lied to me that they don't color match wood stains. I guess Managment should take some action

They are extremely helpful, however there still seems to be a supply issue with some of the regular paint that we use. Was forced to try similar product, but with a different sheen level". Bet you didn't know that all Eggshell finish is not the same. There is Low Gloss Eggshell and there is Low Sheen Eggshell

Not friendly for 'do it yourself jobs' . This place was swarmed with contractors so they didn't care about a person who was doing their own home project. Their prices are not the cheapest in town - so shop around. Customer service wasn't that great - would not recommend.

Well going in to compare with what I had already purchased from another store . I was greeted with a friendly staff member that explains the price and the special of the month.Then I started to ask about the quality and a few tips about using the product. He was very friendly and helpful
