It’s honestly sad how poorly this practice is managed. The receptionist is extremely rude and condescending. She will have no problem telling you that your medical concerns are not valid and that she will not book you in to see your family doctor. Wait times to get an appointment are weeks, if the receptionist will allow you to see your doctor. The staff here do not show empathy, using personal information over the phone and in the waiting room allowing other people to hear. Very disappointed.

I was seeing Dr Cockburn who repeatedly dismissed my symptoms and would not listen to the issues I was having - she repeated tests and then prescribed me medication for something I didn't have, when that medication made my symptoms worse she then switched it to a different brand, which also made my symptoms worsen. She then would not see me in person for a medical test I had requested. Complete waste of time and efforts going here!, 2 years later I'm still fighting the same issues and dealing with symptoms of an unknown cause and no longer have a family doctor as I will absolutely not be returning to her. Do not waste your time, if you need a family doctor look elsewhere.

Doctor office full of rude entitled mean girls. Unprofessional and negative attitudes. When we know positivity leads to a multitude of health benefits I find it interesting that they Foster the negative here.4 years ago this was the doctor's office everybody was raving about including me now.. no wonder people are paying out of pocket for Private health care.

Best doctors office I’ve ever been to. Was with the same doctor for the last six years and I’ve recently switched over to Sylvan Family health, never had better care anywhere else. They actually listen to you! And they will get you in as quickly as possibly especially during an emergency. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

Only going in for Botox injections for migraines as yet but everyone I have talked to there has been great! Hoping to get on as a full time patient but doctor shortage being what it is I will need to stay on a wait list.

The one receptionist is so terribly rude, very condescending (not the Scottish woman). It takes weeks to get an appointment. Having bronchitis and needing to go to a walk in because the wait time was over two weeks. Ya thanks! The office is seems like it’s never open to talk to anyone even though the hours on google say they are open (Called at 4:50pm today, the hours say 8pm). I’ve gotten the answering machine so frequently it’s frustrating. I have YET to meet my actual doctor and I’ve been a patient since February. With Covid going around I didn’t eagerly need their services but still, it’s July now — Brutal. I hope once I do my opinion will change.

I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic. The clinical staff actually listen to you and never rush to write you up a prescription just to get you out the door. I trust that I can make informed decisions on my health because they aim to educate openly and honestly. I also appreciate their technology and my ability to communicate with my doctor and book appointments from the Patient Portal. For the first time in two years I have been able to leave a doctors office feeling hopeful instead of hopeless. THANK YOU Dr. Penner and staff!!

Dr. Maciejko is an amazing doctor. She takes the time to listen and explain details and answer our silly questions. She is very friendly and makes u feel like family. Also, Kim at the clinic is one of the best I've ever met! So polite and friendly. Caring and truly shows a radiance in her career! These people truly care! Thank you Jessica and Kim for the excellent care u provide my family! Also the rest of the staff is friendly and always get in quickly! Great place!

This health center is a prime example of how our health system is failing. If you have symptoms they will dismiss any questions or issues you have and All they will do is push prescription pills. I've been trying to get a spinal MRI for 5 years. They care more about there budget then helping people. They will steer you to spend money on pills but won't give you proper diagnosis.Only speaking on MY experience.

Shout out to Dr. Cockburn! She went above and beyond to help me! I was sick for 10 days! I finally had a good nights sleep! Thank you❤️
