The staff were easy to deal with. In particular Bob was especially helpful with great customer service. I will be using progressive auto repair for all of my future!

Had a stage one tune done to my car. Service was seamless and the woman at the front desk was very knowledgeable in regards to a number of questions that I had. So far I've had nothing but fun with the extra ponies and torque.Thank you.

I have been trying to get my daughters Audi q5 fixed for over 3 months. I contacted progressive automotive. Explained the situation, especially the fact that the engine was already apart. After I explained the issue they gave me an estimate that was very close to the actual price. I also asked them to get a hold of me if there's anything extra that had to be done beyond what was on the estimate, they did, they explained what the extra cost entailed. I authorized it and a week later my car was fixed. I would not hesitate to recommend progressive automotive. They are a top-notch German/ import mechanic/service location. I'm sure this is definitely not going to be the only time that I'm going to use their services. AAA++

Highly recommend! Shayla was awesome. I was even provided a loaner vehicle so I could get to work on time. Received a complimentary inspection and was promptly emailed repair quotes. I will 100% be coming back for my next service.

I brought my 2018 S3 in to have the intake valves and manifold cleaned. Letting other people work on my vehicle's is something that is hard for me, but since my garage is full with another project I though I would give Progressive a shot. I choose them because they are an Audi centric shop with great reviews. The quote they gave me was the lowest and most detailed of any of the shops I had reached out to and they were able to get me in quite quickly. The service advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable, you could tell she was a car enthusiasts and wanted to make sure my car was taken care of. They provided photos of the work they did (at my request) without issue and communicated throughout the day quite well. The vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be and clean. Post pickup, I did my own inspection (I have trust issues) of the work preformed and everything was done to my very high standards. I don't often seek automotive services, but if I ever need anything else, I will definitely return.Thanks again,Jordie

Progressive was great to deal with. Photo / video inspection was appreciated. Had work done on my Toyota Tundra and Range Rover. Highly recommend them.

After buying an older model Audi wagon I took it into Progressive to get an inspection and a few underlying repairs done. They took care of what was needed and provided a full report on the work that was done as well as a some issues to monitor for the future so I'll know what to expect later on. Super impressed with the communication from Shayla and the team. I felt well taken care of and informed throughout the process. I'll definitely be back for any future maintenance or repairs:)

I had the best experience with Progressive Auto Repair!I had a warning message about one of my tires come up on November 28th just before 6pm the night before I was going on a holiday. I happened to be driving by Progressive and I stopped to see if someone could look at my tire. They were about to close, but they did an inspection and said that I had a flat tire. Since I was going away the next morning, they offered to keep my car for the two weeks I was away and they also gave me a quote to get all of my tire rims repaired. When, I returned, I had a brand new tire, 4 rims in perfect condition, and my car was washed and vacuumed. I was so impressed! I highly recommend them!
