Nordik Windows and Doors

Nordik has been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. From the sales visit, fair quote, communications throughout the process, and the excellent installer, I have zero issues promoting Nordik.The door we purchased is stunning. The installer took his time to make it just right, and then cleaned up our foyer and front porch. So impressed.

Great experience from the very beginning with Barry the sales rep right down to the installers who were incredible. A lot of these negative installation reviews are toward the Toronto installation crews so read carefully. I am very detailed and meticulous and kept a close eye on everything and I have to say that these installers were top notch. Their windows also qualify for the top government rebate without being 3-pane windows which is overkill. They are the only company I found that offered this. Would highly recommend!

We purchased windows and a door from Nordik Windows & Doors.The windows are installed. They were installed by Rick and Jack! The quality of their work was exceptional and their work ethic remarkable! They were very clean and worked diligently in 31 and 32 degree weather!My door is scheduled to be installed next week. I will be requesting to have it installed by Rick and Jack!

Josh and Justin just finished my front door install. They worked very hard and were prompt and on time. I am extremely pleased with my front door. I love the quality and the light it brings into my house. Very pleased with their work and the Novatech door! Wished I had done this replacement sooner but am now going to enjoy the light it brings into this house and the curb appeal. If you are looking for a high quality door and installation service I would recommend Nordik Windows and Doors! I already have 2 other friends who have put in their orders.

We had a good overall experience with Nordik. Our front door and two sliding doors were replaced. The two jobs were done by different crews, and we were pleased with the installation results by both of them. Nidal was our salesperson, he was well informed about the products and friendly to deal with. There were some delays in the process with the glass availability but this was well communicated in the very beginning and we didn't have a problem with it. We were also routinely provided updates about the progress of the order so we didn't feel forgotten. Nordik wasn't the cheapest option of the four quotes we got, but they were not the most expensive either, and we are impressed with the quality of the doors and the installations. There was one minor door trim paint issue that was remedied at no cost to us with a service call. We routinely get compliments on our new front door and I'm happy to tell people Nordik did the work for us.

The Pictures Tell TRUTH!We have been dealing with Nordik since 2021 and now half way through 2023 they still have not resolved anything but have managed to get rid of our review (very strange) but I want people to see the struggle it has been..yes some people have great experiences but this is a Nightmare..We were told my a high up sales manager that Unfortunately Nordik Grew so FAST that we got stuck in the cross fire! This was our response at the end of 2021 and we are still waiting. The Pictures will tell all I will save the long story over 2 years..Ice building outside our windows, Nordik has taken too long that our 2 year window for the Government Grant is gone we lost the chance. (We paid $700+ for a pressure test for nothing), water building inside our windows when it's cold outside and pretty sure we are Air Conditioning the outside right now out most windows! Nordik is trying to figure out how to fix our problems but after 27+ days of us giving them the chance our Nerves are at the end of the very LONG rope. We allowed 1 last chance as Nordik promised to fix all and end our stress only for $$$ more in our personal property damaged! We have been living through this for over 2 years now with our home in pieces and and now more pieces... Doors went through walls, glass 5 attempts to replace chipped or damaged windows do not fit every time damaging while taking windows out to replace. Then they figure out they don't fit and have to stick them back together. Nordik made the windows they measured the windows but cant seem to get the stuff together! Look at the Photos see the damage and Leaks and outside of windows falling apart there is not much more to say at this point other then WOW!!! and STRESS!!! Not WORTH It!! Posted previous review they hid!

Just had all my windows replaced by Nordik. Dario and his install crew did a fantastic job - even through inclement weather. True professionals. Very happy with the windows and I couldn’t have asked for a better install experience.

Chuck came to evaluate and quote us. Fantastic service, great pricing! Had a few quotes from the other guys and Nordic was the best!Would definitely recommend!Update:Larry came to install our new sliding door and was awesome. Professional, efficient and very polite. A two man job done by one. Attention to detail was amazing. LOVE NordikHighly Recommend Nordik. Every person that I spoke with from Sales, to Service, to Install was amazing! I had complaint during initial installation but that was all taken cared of after post-installation evaluation with a follow through done by Andrei K/ Kyle. The outcome was excellent, exceeds expectation" and at no cost at all.That was truly a taste of Nordik Windows' so-called warranty and reflects the company personnel's integrity.
